Positive experience: If you're looking for a regular gym then this will suit your needs. I thought that it would have a bit more equipment options geared towards bodybuilders like pendulum squats, hip presses, pro squat, maybe some arsenal machines but it's essentially a smaller, lime green max fitness. It's a nice gym with a cool set up. Aesthetically nice. Welcoming staff.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in macon! Friendly staff, owners are very hands on around the gym! Lots of equipment and always bringing new things in. A good variety of classes and overall the environment is amazing, the members are friendly, they help each other out and its a great place and the membership fees are a good deal!
