Fantastic experience: Clean and adequate gym space with separate rooms for free weights and yoga/meditation.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment and super friendly staff. They have WiFi if you ask and lockers you can check out if need-be. Definitely worth a trip if your visiting and want to get a good workout in!

Fantastic experience: Yoga with Michelle was exceptional. It was an outside class on Thursday @ 8:30 - early bird gets the worm! at the ampitheater. A great combination of breath work, poses, and strength. A lovely center with a lot of offer.
