Fantastic experience: I have been a member for around 2 years. I have also been to countless gyms throughout my 67 years of life. This gym has everything that is needed to meet any fitness goals that you are pursuing ,but so much more....First of all ,the owners are great and they have assembled a fantastic staff. The place is also, the cleanest gym that I have ever had the pleasure to be a member of. The positive atmosphere created by the staff seems to also make all members feel as though this is more than just a place to work out. I have never seen any judgement of any kind, as the staff and the members respect your decision to create a better version of yourself. We have a variety of types of individuals that make up our membership...... young .........old......male.....female.....Veterans.... couples....middle aged.. Anyone that desires to take their Health and Fitness seriously and meet their personal goals in a well equipped gym with a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a little more than a month ago. I waited to give a review so I could give an honest review. I have been joining gyms for over 30 years and this is by far the cleanest gym I have ever belonged to. I find the owners to be polite, friendly and professional. Sarah, who monitors the gym on most days I attend, is such a burst of sunshine and joy. This gym is more than adequately equipped for your typical person. I personally think satisfied customers don't post reviews as often as people who feel they have had a negative experience. As I read some of the reviews I am personally glad that individual is no longer in the gym. I respect and appreciate owners/managers who will address negative actions of members so they do not impact others.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2018… I have seen many staff members come and go. I am very impressed with the new staff. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the gym. The owners Larry and Monica have hired a great friendly team. Sarah greets everyone at the door with a smile. She is a great addition to the atmosphere and is VERY well liked by all the members. Everyday that I work out I leave with a smile on my face! I always look forward to my next workout anytime experience… WE ARE LIKE ONE HAPPY FAMILY????

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym! The staff is very helpful and supportive in helping us to attain our goals. If you respect other gym members, the staff, and the equipment, you will have a positive experience. Otherwise, go somewhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect. The staff know my name and welcome me at every visit. The equipment is clean and the staff is more then happy to show me the correct way to use each machine. I highly recommend this gym!
