Fantastic experience: Align was the perfect fit for my wife and I! She had being doing Crossfit for 5 years prior to moving to Lynchburg for Medical School. I had tried Crossfit once before Align, and was not a fan. The programming, community, and coaching at Align were top notch. Our only regret is not finding Align earlier!
