Fantastic experience: I travel through Lufkin, TX & this gym allows me to workout when I'm in town I enjoy the feel of the place & the staff has always been friendly. The comments about the heat are ridiculous. Work out, sweat & go home.

Fantastic experience: This place let me workout for free, when I came in from out of town. The owner was extremely nice. It's an old school gym. So don't come here expecting to get pampered (like the other guy complaining about the temperature on the other review). You come here to lift some weights and go home. It's not pretty, but it's dependable! Plus the owner is extremely nice and giving!
