Fantastic experience: 3 years ago, I started coming to what was then Hot Yoga Factory for the 26+2 hot yoga (Bikram, Hot 90). I'd been on a 5 yr. hiatus from that style of yoga, when a friend recommended the HYF. I rediscovered how much I enjoyed it, so I joined the studio after my first class, and have maintained my membership as it became Vibe Hot Yoga. I have taken most of the offered classes-Hot 90 (26+2), Pilates, Hot Flow, Hot 60, and I enjoy them all. The instructors each have their own style and all are great in their unique ways. The community is friendly and diverse, and everyone is supportive of each other. That's what keeps me coming back. I take 4-6 classes/week, and I love the way both my body and my spirit improves with consistent practice of everything that Vibe has to offer.

With their flexible scheduling hours, variety of class types, and educated and caring instructors, I feel so comfortable coming here, and will look forward to coming here for years to come. Fantastic experience: I have always been a fan of the Hot Yoga Factory - I love the heat and the company - great instructors and great friends to practice with, but I am an even bigger fan now in these crazy social distancing days. The heat at my house is not quite the same, but the quality of the classes is great. I've been able to take a class every day for weeks - thank you so much to all of the great instructors for giving us something to look forward to every day. I

Fantastic experience: The classes in person are always great and challenging and since they started the virtual classes due to quarantine, it has been an awesome way to continue to get a fantastic workout in your own home. The entire staff is welcoming , professional and helpful. They push you to challenge yourself and are always willing to help with any questions you may have . Terri and crew are such great folks to workout with.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional facility with exceptional instruction. The vibe here is great so I'll go out of my way to get there when I'm in the area. The studio is impeccably clean and they make you feel like a member even when you're just dropping by.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking for a way to work out that we could do together and which more importantly would help with his back issues after a spinal fusion. A friend recommended the Hot Yoga Factory and we are indebted to them forever! We love going for the 90-minute hot yoga classes. The instructors are ALL so good at what they do and they are encouraging and so positive. I recommend this studio to everyone (even when they don't ask)!

The teachers here are all so kind and know when to encourage you personally but not single you out. Something I never experienced at the studios in California. Thank you! :)

Fantastic experience: I always look forward to hot yoga. They have a ton of time availablities so it’s easy to fit into my busy college schedule. Coming from a young persons perspecitive I love that there is a variety of yoga instructors; some are younger and some are older but the classes are consistently amazing. Hot yoga factory is defenitley millennial approved!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I take the Inferno Hot Pilates classes. The class gets my heart rate up and works my whole body but is low impact which is great from my creaky knees. The teachers are friendly and helpful and I always feel welcome here. I highly recommend! My only complaint is that I wish they offered the Hot Pilates more frequently.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga! The teachers at Hot Yoga Factory make sure everyone in the class is comfortable with the posture or move. I definitely recommend trying a class!!
