Fantastic experience: Our girls (8 & 10) had a blast at summer camp! They were asking to make it 2 weeks for next summer. The coaches made some great memories with the kids! The girls came home so happy and exhausted (they slept so good) Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When Corina announced the summer camp program for the kids my daughter was beyond excited. As a parent you want a safe and wonderful experience for your child for the summer and that is exactly what Corina does at Paradigm. My daughter begs me to stay longer every day when I pick her up because it’s non stop fun she says. Every day there’s a new activity for the kids and there is always some Jiu Jitsu included. I would recommend Paradigm summer camp and classes to any parent.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic space for a martial arts day with variety for younger kids (meditation, arts, etc.)! My son's 6 and he absolutely loved this camp (and is hard to please...). On the last day (day 4), he was doing the full monkey bars, and a running parkour front roll to complete the full balance beam (a pipe about 18 ft). He can't wait to attend the next session! Fantastic experience: My daughter goes to Jui Jitsu at Paradigm a few days a week. Her older sister has been attending for about 4 years. Espyn has been inspired to join and she's been training almost a year now. She absolutely is learning and thriving in more than just jui jitsu. She is learning discipline and structure and building friendships. She has another whole family...her jui jitsu family. This past week she has been attending the summer camp. It put her on a great schedule for starters but everyday she has come home excited and looking forward to the next day. They learned about meditation, jui jitsu and their hopes and dreams along with so many other awesome things. She's already looking forward to next year! Thank you Coach Corina!

Fantastic experience: My daughter started going to Paradigm because she was interested in learning Jiu Jitsu and it has been an amazing experience for her ever since walking through the doors and onto the mat. The owners and coaches get to know you as individuals and the positivity and encouragement that happens there is top tier. Not only has she learned tons about Jiu Jitsu, but she has made incredible friendships. She also just completed one of the Kids Summer Camps and she had so much fun! I also have taken the Women’s Classes which are amazing not only for learning Jiu Jitsu (which I had no prior knowledge of before joining) but an incredible full body work out like no other. The other women in the class were extremely welcoming and helped me with all the moves and made sure I was doing them correctly. The class is so fun and I always leave smiling!

Fantastic experience: Best instructors and people I had the fortune to roll with! I was part of the Paradigm family for a little over a year, and the best gains to my BJJ skills. Their kids class is second to none and the most engaging program for the youngsters. My 4/5 year old daughter gained so much from Paradigm, and the kids program. She developed great discipline and BJJ skills while we attended classes there. The amount of skill and experience the Paradigm professor and coaches bring is phenomenal as they understand the fine details and techniques to set up for and execute; defense, transitions, takedowns, and submission while braking down all parts for the class to understand and explaining all the details, and answering questions . So if you’re looking for the best BJJ experience with the most skilled instructors, and a roll family that is warm, and inviting that can help you reach your goals, look no further. I wish I was still local to roll with the best, but still apart of the family!

Fantastic experience: Paradigm is a clean, well kept, family-oriented jiu jitsu academy with superhero leadership. Professor Joey and Coach Corina are the epitome of 'lead by example'. They will encourage you to challenge yourself and also give you a push when you need it. There are classes for everyone - advanced, intermediate, beginner, women's only, and kids' classes. Training at Paradigm, I learn self-defense and get an awesome workout while surrounded by great people. I had no prior martial art experience before trying jiu jitsu at Paradigm two years ago. Paradigm was recommended to me but I was hesitant to trial a class as I never considered myself as someone who would do a martial art. After following their Instagram @theparadigmacademy, I saw that they had a real community there that was much more welcoming than what I imagined jiu jitsu would be. I saw that they had a large women's population compared to other academies, that even had their own class, and gave it a shot. The best decision I could have made for myself!

Professor Joey makes sure to support you when you need it, and force you to meet weaknesses head on when you hesitate to acknowledge them. Fantastic experience: First of all, The Paradigm Academy is by far the cleanest, most well kept academy you will find. The daily cleaning and attention to even the tiniest detail is unmatched. I also love their use of plants to bring in fresh air and beauty all around us. Jiu-jitsu was not something I ever thought would interest me but here I am - over two years "under my belt" and I can't even remember what my life was like before I joined this amazing team. Professor Joey & Coach Corina are the real deal and have become an important part of my life and Jiu-jitsu journey. All it took was a friend convincing me to try one class! To challenge and push myself - I was hooked! Today as I was leaving the amazing "Maya Bean" young daughter of Joesph & Corina looked at me and said remember "Family is more important than anything especially money." Fantastic experience: I recently decided to find an academy closer to home after a very long hiatus. I found Paradigm on FB and checked out their schedule online and found a day to come in for a trial run. Best decision! Everyone is so welcoming and really make you part of the team. Higher belts are more than willing to share their knowledge with the less experienced. The facility itself is bright and extremely clean. There are a variety of class times available making it easier to attend if you have a busy work schedule.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train and learn Jiu Jitsu. I didn’t start training here until I was over 30 years old and never did any sports growing up but the coaches here are very welcoming and knowledgeable, teaching the wonderful art of jiu jitsu to a non athletic person like myself. If need confidence boosting, getting in great shape and learning a martial art this is the place for you. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something fun.

Fantastic experience: It started as something to get our son involved in and it turned into a family affair. Paradigm is family centered and they care about each one of us. They understand that progress is different for each individual and they guide us in our jujitsu journey. They make learning fun, they engage everyone and we sweat a lot. Fantastic experience: This community changed my life, never have I felt this mentally and emotionally strong. Professor Joey, is a brilliant leader and teacher. I felt welcomed right away. While I haven’t trained else where, I feel this place is different, our motto, “Take Care of Yourself, take care of others” says it all. Before every session everyone greets each other, introduces themselves and learns names of new people or people they haven’t met yet. This is not a smash choke win gym, it’s a learn grown help teach Acadmey. All the higher belts take care to teach those lower than them both in drill and sparring sessions. Fantastic experience: I spent years wanting to give BJJ a try but never followed through. When I decided that I didn't want to push it off anymore I started contacting academies in the area. Within a few minutes of my initial contact via the website, Professor Joey responded via text. Right then I knew I had to check this place out. I went in for a trial class, and I was hooked. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful. Here I am just over a year later, and joining The Paradigm Academy is easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. Professor Joey pushes us to be better everyday, not just on the mats but in life outside of jiu jitsu. I've made friends that I consider family. The facility is immaculate, and the people training here leave their egos at the door. Solid technique and live rolling in a respectful, friendly environment. There's a thriving women's group here in addition to co-ed classes. I can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience: Great coaches, awesome people and all around complete workouts. I have now been here for almost two years. At first i had no real intent to actually try jiu jitsu but after meeting the people and the coaches, i found myself looking forward to every night of training. I didn't join this gym because of what i learn every night that is just a plus that comes with it. I joined because of the family i have gained.

I came in knowing absolutely nothing to do with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but I was welcomed into the family and I continue to learn from each and every member of the family. Fantastic experience: My wife started going a couple of months ago and had been trying to get me to go in. I was already at another boxing gym and was happy there. Professor Joey sent me a note and asked me to come try one class. I figured what could it hurt I will try it. You walk in to immaculate mats and great energy. You are blasted in the face with heat and hand shakes. After some assistance with my gi I was on the mat getting instruction from Professor along with a myriad of purple belts. The amount of encouragement and hard work was enough to hook me. I have been going for a couple of weeks now and it feels less like a gym and more like a family. So much so that I have also signed my oldest son up. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. Come join the family!!
