Andrea is so helpful when I have questions about classes and even checks in through emails. They really care about their clients and the place is always so clean! Highly recommend them !!!

Fantastic experience: The place is very clean and the staff are extremely nice. All the equipment appears to be in great shape. They have a number of classes and change things up frequently. They offer 24 hour passes for those of us who like to go late at night and not be bothered by others. That said, everyone I have met has been extremely friendly. I heard they are expanding which should allow them to offer even more amenities. If you are looking for a quiet, supportive, and local gym with classes and 24 hour support, give Define a look

Fantastic experience: I love the spin class. The place is clean and nice and friendly instructors.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place. Might not have absolutely everything, or 2 of them, but that's what I love. It's small, sort of hidden and hasnt been over packed or even close, although I lift early AM or while people are at work midday. I can always get to what I need, especially the squat rack. The price is beyond reasonable and its extremely clean inside. They seem to have a real emphasis on being a local business and they're always treating customers (gym-goers) very well. Hate giving this up because I want the place to remain like it is and not end up packed to the rim with kids/teens in neon man-spandex playing around when you wanna just get in and get your work done. With that being said I love it so far because its smaller than most gyms/clubs, is very clean, everyone seems friendly, it has all the things you would need to get strong or burn fat etc etc, and it's in a great location.

Fantastic experience: I subscribe to the full class package. Classes/instructors are excellent. Love the synergy classes and class size not too big. And they will set up a virtual spin anytime, as long as no other spin class going on. Facility is very clean. Love how they do extra events like 80s spin night, self defense classes, etc.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you would need to get a good workout. Have the staple barbells, dumbbells up to a hundred pounds, along with a variety of machines. Included is some less common equipment like battling ropes and even tires. Infrared sauna is also a particular nice addition. Has a private feel without the exorbitant private costs either. 10/10 would recommend.
