Fantastic experience: Enjoy going to facility, always greeted by friendly staff, especially in am hours. Always machines available and place kept clean. Pool water always at good temperature. Only complaint i have is when i go evenings, too many towels laying around in locker rooms and showers.

Fantastic experience: Lots of machines, only infrequently have to wait to get on a weight machine or bench. Cardio area always has something available. Most classes are free with membership which is a great perk and is probably the best reason for going here vs. another gym.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough great things about this Sportsclub. Shout out to a Peak employee, Alex who gives my son soccer lessons just for fun. Warm greetings as soon as you walk in and acknowledgement as you leave. Clean environment, etc...

Fantastic experience: I'm just going for massage therapy. I can't say much about the rest of the facilities. But the massage therapist, Chelsea, at the attached spa is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My close friend attends this gym, I enjoy the classes, the location is comfortable and I really appreciate the women's area upstairs. A place can offer everything but customer service is also important. What really convinced me this is the place to be, honestly is Lizzy at the front desk. Lizzy is knowledgeable, great customer service skills, and very kind. There is also another young lady at the front desk with Lizzy who I really appreciate along with Tony the GM.

Fantastic experience: I believe this location is under new ownership regardless I have noticed huge improvements since I joined. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The daycare workers are terrific with my kids. I wont wver workout anywhere else as long as im in rockford

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. I Love the indoor outdoor pool and body combat class. After my workout I like to treat myself to the saunas and hot tub. Love swimming laps too. There is a woman’s only workout area. Tons of classes. Open 24/7 . Very clean and staff is courteous.

Fantastic experience: Yoga, BodyFlow (mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates), TRX, Swimming, and other classes included in the membership are fantastic. I'm able to attend all of the above 5 days minimum out of the week without overcrowded studios. Peak is a clean and staffed facility with personable instructors who make sure you're safe with exercises. I can only attest to these classes but $100/mo for a couple's plan is splendid. If you can afford to go to this gym, do it, as it is the best in Rockford for well rounded fitness.

The hot tub has water changed on a schedule, The lap pool is clean with good cool temp, The steam an dry sauna are clean , good showers an cardio equipment, an plenty equipment, All the life guards an clientele are friendly an professional, also locker room is clean an accessible (towels are free to use) In my travels though out the world this is one of the best !

Fantastic experience: Clean, good vibes, met owner the day me the wife and kids signed up 2 weeks ago, he didn't know we had just signed up and just stopped and introduced himself, asked my 7 year old her name and age and told her about his kids, not fake either, stand up dude! Well worth the money if you utilize all the services offered (which is allot), plan on making this a staple in routine.

Fantastic experience: It’s fun to invite your friends, just read a book by the pool, swim laps for exercise, have birthday parties, or even exercise! With peak everyone can have fun!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym and the best in the area. It's usually clean and equipment is working properly. Staff is friendly. And members can even take free taekwondo lessons. The kids area is pretty cool and they have an indoor and an outdoor pool. The only downside to peak fitness as a company is that they do not offer guest privileges for their customers. Overall I like peak fitness and enjoy my time there often. So does my daughter.

Positive experience: Fantastic atmosphere, but for whatever reason, parents feel as if they can use the entire facility as a daycare on the weekends. There should be rules on lap pool use by children under the age of 12 without supervision. Other than that, the facility is fantastic. Just avoid at mid-day during the weekend if you'd like the get in a good work out and not have lil demon spawns running around your ankles at all times.

Fantastic experience: Expensive but very clean and inspiring atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The equipment is very new and in great working condition. The pool area has life guards that are vigilant and always ready to react to an incident. They continue to add new ways for their guests to sit down and enjoy themselves with drinks and snacks. Fantastic experience: We just got a family membership and got to go workout today. Had a lot of fun! So much to see and do at Peak. They have such a variety to accommodate everyone's fitness needs. We can't wait for the pool outside to open too but for now, you can use the indoor one. This year is a new year to really think about making sure we all take care of our health, our families and ourselves so we can all live long, healthy lives and enjoy every moment. Fantastic experience: Having a membership makes being a stay at home mom in the summer so easy. I’ve been taking my daughter to swim at least once a week & we have a blast! Love that they let you bring in coolers too.

Fantastic experience: We don't have a membership and went as guests. We had a blast!!! Love that we can bring in our own cooler with snacks/lunch/waters. Definitely want to go back and considering joining!

Fantastic experience: Been a member at peak for a while oboe tried other gyms while still attending but not have everything that peak has to offer. Well maintained gym with friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Expensive, but great gym that has everything and takes their clients seriously. Equipment is routinely upgraded. Any broken equipment is fixed promptly. They have it all. Rock climbing, basketball, steam and sauna rooms, classes, etc.

Fantastic experience: Nicest gym, work out facility in the region, with many amenities, classes, inside/outside pool, lap pool, hot spa for 20+ people, daycare for 2 hrs, variety of cardio equipments, liftings, heavy liftings, free clean towels (big, small), 24 hrs open facility, family locker area, man lockers, woman lockers, two full size basketball courts, and many more. Clean and well maintained facility. I never have any issue with staff. Very friendly folks with greetings. Some complains I read here are rare cases, and staff takes care of it as soon as spotted. Manners of majority members are good with few exceptions who are like that at home. There are few rules about safety that must be followed, and you, your kids, will never be in spot to disagree with staff. Awesome service. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Peak Fitness is incredible. I have been a member since they opened their facility on E. State St. They welcome all fitness genres, and the staff are great, especially Cody at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: Not a discount gym at all. This is NOT the YMCA or a 10 buck a month place. Monthly costs are diminished by a pre-paid membership, but then you need to commit yourself. May 27th the outdoor pool and play areas are open, but there are more pools and play areas inside as well. The attempt, seems to be to make a medium scale health club, and this fits the bill. Plenty of extra classes, training, tanning, and such for another fee, as well!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town with just about every amenity that you could ask for to exercise. If you are looking to relax the hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms add a nice touch to the membership as well.

Fantastic experience: The best place to workout, play indoor sports and swim in the Rockford area! 100K+ sqft. Giant shallow entry outdoor pool with cabana's and they added on a new PSX cross training addition in 2016!
