Fantastic experience: Wow! What an amazing facility. Everything you could want in a gym and more. New equipment, tons of space and really clean. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. This is by far the best gym in town.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST personal trainer ever! Daniel Cockrell is absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me on my level of fitness. I can't thank him ( and the Crunch Dixie Family) enough for the motivation and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Dixie is the best crunch! It’s perfectly spaced out, has a lot of equipment, and the showers are always clean. What makes Dixie the best is their personal trainers— specifically Daniel. He’s VERY knowledgeable, takes his time with you, listens to your goals and creates a program just for you. He also pushes you past where you think you can go without being too harsh. He can work with anyone and help them reach their goals. He’s very personable, passionate, and just an all around great trainer!

Fantastic experience: The worker named Mary is one of the best employees I ever had check me in or even saying good bye when I leave after a full workout . Knowledge and know how for the machines and advice on how to get into better shape . 10/10

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been able to find personal training in any of the area’s gyms that compare to what I’ve received at the Crunch on Dixie. Even for someone like me, who doesn’t always have time to get to the gym, I always leave there feeling at the top of my game!

Fantastic experience: We love this gym! The staff is absolutely amazing, always friendly and always helpful! They have a huge kid's babysitting area which helps a ton! I also love the free weight area and turf area! Incredible location - extremely friendly!

Upon my initial consultation regarding what I needed one of the owners was helping someone else and when I spoke to him he was engaging and said I will see more of you on the floor! Fantastic experience: Crunch Fitness located at Dixie Hwy Louisville KY has everything you are looking for to get your workout in. They offer varieties of fitness classes, personal trainers and workout machines. The staffs are very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. They even have childcare to dropped the little ones while you are getting your workout in.

Positive experience: What I liked most about this gym was the staff. Awesome fitness instructors as well. Decent variety of equipment. The childcare is a bit small. And the gym is always crowded.

Fantastic experience: I love crunch fitness. Before i found out about this gym i always went to the gym until i became a mother. After i became a mother it was hard to find time to go to the gym. I was a member of the YMCA and planet fitness before and they had their own qualities that i liked. I was in love with the sauna and massage chairs but didn't know what other places had them. Then I heard about crunch. They have personal trainers, massage beds, tanning beds, a sauna, workout classes and a kids daycare while you are working out. Now i can go to the gym with my son and enjoy everything i love at one location. I love this gym and don't plan on going anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Love it. Super clean. Pretty good size. Better machines than Planet fitness, comparable to LAC or The Factory only they're 24 hours. They have a hip thrust machine and a hack squat machines. More free weights, personal trainers, daycare, tanning. I'm switching from planet for sure.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Definitely the best gym I've been to. They make Planet Fitness look like a joke. Everyone is so supportive and helpful! My personal trainer Andres is awesome. He pushes me toward my goals without killing me and he has an incredible sense of humor. Profession yet is an awesome person. I recommend crunch to everyone who's looking for a gym. So worth it!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere and I would never want to workout at any other gym. Some of my favorite workers that put a smile on my face every time I go in there are Xavier, Nate, and Andres. The gym is always super clean and super non-judge mental.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Crunch after being at Planet Fitness since they opened and have never thought about going back. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are so many more machines, types of equipment, and training options. I've had a few different personal trainers and all are different and effective. I recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This gym has been so great for our family! We all get to workout together and push each other to be the best version of ourselves. I've even started rowing with my Dad and we challenge each other to see who worked the hardest. It's a lot of fun to be at Crunch and to be a part of the electric atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I really love Crunch fitness! They have a ton of fitness classes and offer babysitting! I have included a photo of the babysitting hours because I personally had an issue finding it myself! (Mon-Thurs 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm and Fri-Sat 8am-12pm, Sun- Closed. They are watching kids right now for 1 hour increments) I hope that helps a fellow parent/care giver! Hopefully COVID restrictions are over soon because they are usually a hit or miss with treadmills being open since so many are closed. Love love this gym! All the employees seem to love their job, lots of equipment and free weights and best of all it's super clean!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. There’s so many machines, friendly staff, classes, tanning, hydro massage (if you don’t know what it is, you need to try it) and the clean gym itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Only issue I have, they didn’t have any XL shirts. I wanted to buy two, but they didn’t have any at all.

Fantastic experience: I've never been a gym member anywhere else...but I'll tell you guys it doesn't any better than Crunch! The staff members are amazing, enthusiastic and friendly...they'll even get to know you and motivate you...I love it... my daughter and I have been enjoying it!!! Crunch is awesome I recommend it! Always clean and the atmosphere is extremely inviting!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Crunch for over a year and I love it! The environment is welcoming and inclusive of all shapes and sizes! This is not something that usually happens at a chain gym. The facilities are nice as well. Kept clean. Well managed. All the staff is accessible. My personal trainer is Cora and she is very comprehensive. She did not impose any goals upon me that I didn’t want. She took the time to get to know me, well before I was her client, and we made goals together that have been manageable and attainable. She gives me macros and has taught me about nutrition. Cora is great with being able to pivot and change directions. Being a fat woman in the gym is not always easy, but working with Cora has given me added confidence to handle tough situations. Love her!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym on Dixie highway! Crunch is a good gym, they don’t hassle you and you can train however you want!! I’m a bodybuilder and it’s best for my training!! Personal trainers are great as well. Geno and Summer will get you right on track no matter where your at. You want to take your fitness to the next level their the people that will do it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to almost every gym on Dixie and this is hands down the best one I’ve been apart of. The atmosphere is amazing. You can tell the staff really cares about every member and their goals. The equipment is state of the art, and there is something for everyone no matter what you’re trying to achieve. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Louisville , Hands down!!! The atmosphere is SUPER positive; you can feel it the moment you walk in. It is CHEAP! A $10 membership gets you 24 hour access, hydro massage, red light therapy, sauna, etc. Very Clean! There is a plethora of equipment, and it’s all maintained. Parking is plentiful. I am thoroughly impressed, and I’ve used gyms all over the world.
