Fantastic experience: I travel a lot for work, so I get to visit a lotof different CrossFit boxes. But coming home to R & R is hands down the best. It’s not just the great facilities at R & R, the programming, or the experienced and caring coaches. It’s the great group of members, each one trying to be the best version of themselves, always inspiring and encouraging me to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Rock n' Roll City Gym is the real deal! I was visiting the area for the weekend and my stepbrother drug me along to a class. I have done HIIT workouts in the past but not CrossFit - I was admittedly terrified. It can be tough to walk into a new gym and be unsure of what you are getting yourself into. But from the second I walked in, I was comfortable. One of the owners greeted me and assured me I would survive, ha! And a few other class members chatted me up before we started. There were all shapes and sizes and everyone worked hard, to the best of their ability. The coach keeps an eye on all, correcting form and providing modifications as needed for different exercises. I got an amazing workout, and it was a lot of fun! I highly recommend everyone check it out. I am actually considering joining CrossFit here at home now, thanks to Rock n' Roll City Gym! Thank you all for the warm welcome and the killer workout!

Fantastic experience: This is my happy place. I might not be able to do all the movements but did you know they all can be scaled to your fitness level? I’ve been coming to to this gym regularly for the last 7 years. The coaches are great so are the people that show up everyday to support each other. If you are looking for a change to your usual workout come check us out!
