F45 Training Alamitos Bay

Fantastic experience: Uli crushed it, what an amazing coach. my wife and I have traveled the country and probably been to 50 different locations... Alamitos Bay is top tier in their environment, coaching, cleanliness and location. on Thanksgiving, Uli pushed us to our limits so that I could demolish an entire pumpkin pie to myself later in the day!

Fantastic experience: The community at F45 Los Alamitos are friendly and inclusive. The coaches are passionate and knowledgeable, we had Uli who was great! The environment is welcoming and the workouts are awesome; challenging, approachable and fun! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have found such an amazing gym and community! I've been a member since before they officially opened their doors (over 2 yrs) and I still love it! The coaches are amazing! They are super supportive and provide great feedback. I appreciate that I get there and the workout is already planned out, all I have to do is come in with the right attitude and do the workout! The owners are super friendly and have built such a great place. I def recommend if you want to see changes with your health commitments! Don't second guess it, just take on the challenge!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a gym addict for 20 years, tried all types of studio workouts, cycle, sports...you name it, I’ve done it. But F45 is the best by far! You would think that 45 minutes of fat torching workout would be so dreadful and near impossible but it’s not. People from all levels of fitness do the classes. They are scalable and keep you moving. The trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable, most studios let people just run with the exercises but here the trainers actually TRAIN you. They push you and make sure you have proper form. The best part are the people here. The owners Suzy and Josh are so friendly and supportive. Not to mention how supportive everyone is in the class! I just love this place. Definitely my new place!!!
