Fantastic experience: I have been training with Coach Brennan of Gutwrench Fitness for over ten years. He has helped me loose over eighty pounds and keep it off. He is a fantastic motivator and his personal training sessions are challenging but fun. If you are looking for a gym in Long Beach I highly recommend you give Gutwrench Fitness a try.
