Fantastic experience: It's a nice gym has equipment for about every major muscle group. Gym staff has been very friendly no complaints. Just can get really crowded at times early morning best time to go.

Fantastic experience: Oliver Oliver Oliver! I came in to sign up and he was the most informative employee that assisted me in doing so. He told me the ups and downs of this gym location and for that I really do appreciate him for his honesty. WILL DEFINITELY REFER HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW WHO WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy this place , everyone is respectful as far as wiping down and giving you space. You don't have to have the mask on the whole time you're there. I luv my trainer Serna, I would recommend anyone to come see her if your looking for a tune up!! Haha..I feel great since I started my training sessions with her.

I was very upset about a situation with an employee at another location and he really took the time to resolve the situation and provide a positive out come. I felt heard and like a valued customer and that means a lot! Especially when your already coming to an intimidating place like the gym

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers and they have a really nice guy there keeping the equipment clean. Mornings are the best for a good workout , not many people so you have access to all the equipment.

I’m in Hospitality Business, and trust me, I know SERVICE... had some billing issues with the NEW Crunch Gym in Downtown Long Beach and it was handled very poorly; after a few minutes of excuses “automated payment system charges” (nothing, I can do? What do you mean?) from upper management, I’ve decided to release the call. So, I decided to call the Long Beach - Bixby Knolls Crunch Gym and spoke to a young lady: friendly, analytical and sounded very smart (can’t recall her name) that made me feel at ease and valued, since I do pay for two memberships... she understood how upset I was, and wanted to find a solution, so she transfer the call to Manager on Duty “Jimmy”, that went above and beyond; he listened to how frustrated and unhappy I sounded with the entire “credit card automated charges and the poor service at the Downtown Long Beach Crunch” he was able to find a resolution, plus calmed me down, without me calling the credit card company and disputing the charges or me canceling my membership, thank you and your staff. by RA, “Human Created the System, that Means We Can Override It”

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!!! It's small but they make you feel at home. Love the ambiance. It's always fun the group excersise. They have great instructors!!!!! After 2 months going to the gym starting to see results. Been to other gyms so far this is the best.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of new and clean equipment to use. The staff and other members are very polite and friendly. Parking can be difficult as you are sharing with Trader Joe's, MOD Pizza, and a few other small stores.
