Fantastic experience: When coming into the YMCA In Lompoc I was very much pleased with the helpfulness, kindness, and attention I got from Diana Garcia. She really helped me feel comfortable with coming into work out. I was interested in classes and she was really proactive on giving me the information I needed. She encouraged me to try body pump for a good full body workout I’m really excited to attend in the near future. Thank you so much for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff especially Cameron and Diana, they are very helpful. Been coming here for some time now and is one of the better gyms in Lompoc that is not congested.

Fantastic experience: Pretty nice YMCA. The weightroom was on the small side, only one squat rack (and a Smith machine) and one flat barbell bench. That could be a problem if it was busy but it was nearly empty on a weekday afternoon. Dumbbells went up to 100lbs. The plates were kind of a mess with different plates stacked haphazardly throughout the room, I tried to be part of the solution by putting my plates back where I thought they should go but I spent a good portion of my workout hunting for plates. They do have old fashioned Troy iron plates which look and sound cooler to me than the rubber-coated or composite plates you see in most commercial gyms. They also have a sauna which I didn't use this time but is a nice feature.
