Fantastic experience: Great place to workout and get results. Carlos Bojórquez and others coaches know what they are doing. Took my son to train with Carlos too and he loved the program. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great program and great trainers. Help target weight loss and build strength and conditioning. You truly get a personal trainer and health nutritionist who actually focus on each of their members and push you to make improvements and reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: This gym Is great for much needed one on one training with Ken and Carlos. They emphasize on stance and posture when training. They have multiple workout routines that you can choose from. It’s a great place to improve further and learn a whole lot more exercises that targeting certain muscle groups. They also offer nutritional advice and proper weight and muscle measurements. They evaluate you first to determine your pace and work with it and improve. I have improved more here in 6 month than a two year price gouging memebership at LA fitness or planet fitness with no understanding of why your doing what your doing! Did I emphasize that you don’t have to pay extra for a personal trainer here compared to those commercialized gyms. I can honestly say on top of being a great cross-fitness gym they’re also a great professional boxing trainers (Ken and Carlos) so if your interested into boxing I strongly recommend this place!
