Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism I have been a member of The Shop Fitness for 3 years now. The group training atmosphere is perfect for my needs. The trainers are all professional and really understand fitness. They have a lot of different times during the day to get in a good workout. I feel like they are part of my family now.

One of the biggest reasons I love this place is you get an intense workout without a high risk of injury. Also the trainer Seamus is very knowledgeable and motivates you to work hard.
