Fantastic experience: Great environment and they are very professional, all of their trainers are highly skilled and amazing teachers. they really prepare you to be a champion. The staff is highly trained and intelligent in both Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing! you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Not to sure about all these bad reviews, what I will say is I’ve been here almost 3 years. I came in inexperienced with an attitude from hell and a whole lot of anger, coach took that and put it to use in the ring and changed my life. We had our disagreements from time to time, and sometimes I wouldn’t come back because of my crazy work schedule. He passed away from Covid late last year and it broke my heart thinking the gym was done for . Jan took over and transformed this gym into something I never thought it could be . We have a HUGE number of children doing various types of training, boxing , wrestling, jujitsu. They love it here, their parents come in and train with our weight guys while their kids learn respect, morality, and self confidence ! This place is a family , and You feel it the moment you walk through the doors. So for everybody that might be discouraged from these bad reviews please don’t be , I can’t attest to the truthfulness of any of them but I can guarantee this gym is not NEARLY what it used to be . Stop in ONE day and see for yourselves ♥️ much love

Fantastic experience: No idea what "Jews run the world" was trying to say. But here are the facts: Grand Master Joe Dubose did pass away from covid and from that, Jan and a lot of trainers from different disciplines stepped up to keep his vision and this gym open. They all saw his care for the youth in the community and they give their all for it. I strongly urge you to go up there and see what is going on. You will be amazed and see with your eyes the great work that is going on. Here is one of many pictures of local youth helping with the training.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this dojo. EVERYONE is extremely respectful and professional. It's very clean and has a wide variety of training types. It's a growing and evolving business that cares about giving back to the youth in our community.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for 3 weeks to see Master Dubose, I am so happy to have joined, this is real life training, I am already getting in the best shape I’ve ever been in, and over 40 is a struggle, my cardio is improving and I already feel like if I was approached on the street, that I would be able to defend myself. I did notice some reviews that were left and I must say in my opinion, they are false! When I joined Master Dubose clearly states what it would cost for 6 months, I already can see ever penny I’m spending. Also to say other staff are rude, well I have never dealt with any other staff as Master Dubose is a through leader always there, always on time and never has let me down. VERY CLEAN Place. I’m proud to go here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is serious about learning. Thank you Master Dubose.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here going on a month now and I can honestly say this is the best training I’ve ever had, I’ve trained at other gyms in the past and I don’t feel like any of them pushed me the way Sensei dubose has. This is the most reality based training I’ve ever had

Teaches movements striking, joint locks and submissions, ground game, throws, wrestling, conditioning for fighting and real life situations. Regularly hop in the ring or mat for sparring. Huge confidence builder knowing you are constantly learning and can defend yourself and your loved ones if necessary. In life you can be trained or untrained, disciplined or just drift, I choose trained, disciplined, and conditioned for any situation. Noone can predict the future be prepared with ultimate protector taught by the honerable Master Joe Dubose. Dubokhan no limits ultimate in martial arts as far as I'm concerned. Fantastic experience: I've been here for 2 years and I must say this is the best experience I've ever had the training is legit the master is legit he cares about safety he's very knowledgeable in martial arts and cares about the people there's no negativity he helps everybody from kids thru adults I personally recommend him and this school

Master dubose is a excellent instructor and the thing i like most is that he will take you from the level you’re currently at (where ever it may be) and take you to the next level! Fantastic experience: My son has been going for 2 weeks now and thoroughly enjoys it. I tried the Open Class yesterday and fell in love with the training as well. I love that technique was stressed so highly and when I left I felt like not only did I have a great workout .. but I also learned a lot. Sensei Dubose gives his all all the time.
