Starting April 1, 2022, The Shed will be back in action, offering both online and in-person classes! It has been a difficult two years trying to manage the pandemic, but we have done our utmost to keep our fitness family going with virtual sessions for their safety and wellbeing.

We did not take this choice lightly, however, with the latest update from the CDC and the drop in cases, we determined that the time is right! As we move forward with reopening, we pledge to do everything we can to ensure your safety.

At the Shed Fit Factory, we are passionate and enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle through Fitness, FUEL, Health and Wellness. Your safety is our top priority, so we have added virtual and on demand options to give you the flexibility to choose when and where to exercise with peace of mind. This has been an incredible success!
