Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Perfect little gym. Has all the equipment and machines I could ask for at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and never too busy!

Positive experience: Good gym overall, excellent membership prices. Needs improvement on cleanliness and ventilation in men's locker room. Use to open a 5am then switched to 6am, don't know why since so many people, including myself benefited from the early workout. Now I don't attend anymore because of the lack of time in the morning.

Positive experience: Never Too Many People (During CoViD or NoT). Has Everything One Needs to Aquire a Complete Workout. Not one of those Social Meeting Gyms. Wide Range of Members. From First Time Gym Goers to Experienced Bodybuilders/Figure Competitors and Everyone in Between. Mid Day Workout you may find yourself one a just a few people. In some cases I have caught myself being the only present member (Heaven). If your in to Making Sure Your Hair and Make-Up is Perfect before you come or If you prioritize your wardrobe over your Workouts Intensity LeveL... maybe one of those Franchise Gyms would be more Accommodating For You.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. People are friendly, its clean. There isn't alot of weight slamming going on here. Most of the people know what they're doing and if you dont, they have trainers to help you

Fantastic experience: Nice, small local gym. I like it and also do my work out there. Recommended.

Positive experience: Nice gymnasium with basketball courts and a nice weight room with bikes, treadmills and many other assorted workout devices. The price is good for a yearly membership. I wish they had a lap pool and maybe a sauna to ease those aching muscles. I go three times a week and do get my workout in without waiting for equipment. Of course, this has been during the "off season" so I expect more traffic in the fall and winter.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly. Atmosphere is pleasant and not over bearing. Not a place where you need to be worried about your fitness level.
