Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors and with so many different classes it never gets boring. Classes are so much fun. Love this gym and would recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: 5280fit provides a fun, energetic and great workout for all fitness levels!!! The instructors are engaging, helpful and challenging!! I know that I've done something great for myself every time I leave a kickology, boxology or strength class. I joined my first "moms challenge" in 2008 and continue to keep fitness as a lifestyle, not a temporary fix. I absolutely LOVE making fitness a priority, despite life getting really busy. 5280FIT is awesome!!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best gym! I started at 5280 for the March Find Your Fit program. The first week was so hard. I have a small one and we are still breastfeeding. By the second week my back didnt hurt any more and I started to feel amazing! I lost 3lbs, 12.5 inches and droped 4% in Body Fat, just in the first 30 days! I am so thankful to Sonja and the entire 5280 community!

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed in November with Gillain Barre and spent one week in the hospital and two and a half weeks in rehab relearning how to walk and take care of myself. When I went into rehab I was in a wheelchair and could not walk. I left rehab using a cane. The physical and occupational therapists were amazed, but I credit God and 5280 and its amazing classes for my rapid recovery. My muscles seemed to remember everything they had learned prior to my illness. Thanks 5280 and all of the instructors.

Fantastic experience: I joined 5280 Fit for a 30 day challenge on 4/1. I have not worked out regularly in years. I am so happy to be doing this! I love the school. The instructors are fun and work us really hard, but they are knowledgeable and compassionate towards beginners, offering modifications so everyone at any level can participate. I am very happy with the improvements I can FEEL and SEE in just a short time. Once the thirty day special is over I will be joining and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a jump start to their fitness!

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors and atmosphere to guide all fitness levels. It's unlike any gym I've ever been to before! Boxing, kickboxing, cardio, strength, toning, the whole package.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at 5280Fit nka FIT/ology since 2007. I love the classes, instructors and clients! The classes are never the same and can be modified to any level. When I first started working out at FIT/ology I didn’t feel intimidated by other clients like at other gyms. I actually felt very encouraged and comfortable. The owners, Sonja and Haelin, are awesome! I’m very thankful I found this gym. I now look forward to working out!!!
