Fantastic experience: Great. Went to support a friend in a competition.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in twice this week, and will be back the next time I'm in Little Rock! Signup for drop-in was easy. Coach Jade was super welcoming, the space is huge, and everyone was friendly. We did do Karen while I was there, but such are the hazards of Crossfit.

Fantastic experience: This was a great drop in from out of town. Wonderful and welcoming 5 AM class. Nicole made me feel at home away from home. Thank you guys for a great drop on this morning. Will be back again

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I had never tried CrossFit out before and the staff and members were welcoming. Chris and Jade were the best instructors and tailored the movements to a level I could complete the WOD’s and still progress quickly. By far the best CrossFit box in AR!

Fantastic experience: Can’t imagine calling another box home. Large, open facility so you never feel cramped. The coaches are wonderful and take pride in teaching members how to not only move safely, but effectively. The community is awesome and very supportive of each other. I’ve connected with so many amazing people and gained some great friendships through A&B!

Fantastic experience: I have been at this box for almost 2 years. The community is amazing! All the members, coaches, and owners are extremely accepting of everyone, regardless of your experience with crossfit. The coaches are the best of the best, they are extremely knowledgeable regarding safe form, technique, and scaling options (options if you can't do a certain movement prescribed in the workout). Everything is modifiable for any level of athleticism, from beginners to experts. This gym is amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my 16 year old daughter and her boyfriend to compete in their very first CrossFit competition Saturday, April 27th. It was our first visit to a gym with a primary focus on CrossFit training. We were immediately greeted by staff that took the time to make my two young, and very nervous competitors feel comfortable and welcome. The coordinator of the competition took both underwing and personally walked them through the facility settling their first time jitters and encouraged them to ask questions setting the stage for what turned out to be a positive experience for my family. The facility itself was clean, well maintained, and just edgy enough to make it the perfect environment for CrossFit training. The staff were professional, informed, approachable, and all on point with the task at hand. This facility is the entire package and gets a thumbs up. Nick McDaniel

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for 20.3. Big place, nice folks.

Fantastic experience: Drop-in from out of town. Staff very attentive and gave me several tips to improve my handstands and shoulder to overhead. WOD was challenging but very rewarding. No hesitation to go back again.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in here a few times while in town for work and it is always an amazing time. Simply awesome. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, the coaching is top notch, the wods and strength portions were smoothly ran, and the facility is very large with plenty of equipment. Kinda wish I had a place like this closer to me at home. I will be back for sure.
