Fantastic experience: Cleanest locker rooms, good amenities for both workout and de-stressing. Can be very busy mid morning and mid afternoon, but so far have had no issues getting a routine done in a timely manner. Staff appears always willing to help with instruction, giving information and setting up reservations.

Fantastic experience: My absolute favorite gym in the valley. I take my kids in for child care and they love going to the gym. Variety of classes for children, great infant center (3mo-12mo), and the staff is top notch. The gym itself is always getting updated. Every couple of years they get new equipment, redo the floors, and just keep it updated and new. They are no longer 24 hours, but still have amazing hours. I can't recommend this gym enough. It's a complete experience.

Fantastic experience: I visit a lot of the Lifetimes throughout the Phoenix valley. The Goodyear LT is by far the cleanest LT in the valley. Whoever the janitor crew is deserve a raise. By the way, your LT cafe is better than the other LT Cafes. Sylvia’s breakfast burritos are incredible. Give your cafe staff a raise also.

Fantastic experience: Pristine gym. Amazing kind friendly staff. A little more pricy than other gyms. However this location has both indoor and an outdoor pool a cafe kids room and classes for the kids. Equipment is well maintained and clean and classes are nonjudgemental and surprising fun with that awesome workout.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Lifetime for quite a few years. I have visited other facilities and I haven’t found any as clean or as nice or with as many amenities as Lifetime. My mother always told me you get what you pay for and they’re worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and everything is exceptionally clean. Gym atmosphere seems pretty good with everyone kind of minding their own business. The pools are really nice.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this location for a good amount of years(4 years). Then last year decided to try some other gyms that seemed similar. But I came back to lifetime the quality has always been consistent, staff is always helpful and friendly. This gym offers a variety of equipment. I love the rowing machines, the new weight machines that are more functions. Its easier to do other exercises. When Im not feeling like going to train upstairs. The indoor pools come in a clutch. Overall very happy and satisficed. Worth the price!

Fantastic experience: The workout was so efficient, just 30 minutes, but I left with shaking arms and quads!! NO EXCUSE to not get a great workout in with this place offering awesome a quick classes and a variety of times.

Fantastic experience: My family has loved Lifetime forever. We relocated from Minnesota and we moved to Litchfield Park. The Palm Valley club is closest to our new home and man does it make us feel like we are in Minnesota but with better weather! The sign up process and tour with Becca was amazing. You should ask for her, she is so personable and outgoing. Not pushy at all. I also dealt with Steve and Sam who helped me navigate my insurance program and gave me awesome insight. They walked us through the app and how to get the most. I took the photo of the outdoor pool which I am excited to use this summer! Thanks to the entire experience and staff, we finally have our “favorite part of Minnesota” with us in our new Arizona home!

Fantastic experience: I am consistently impressed with this gym. The staff and culture is incredible. The service is 5 star and management truly goes out of his way to make every members experiance incredible. Kids center is amazing and the staff there treat us like family. I was out of town for the holiday at another location and it was disgusting, so I appreciate that they clean every inch of this gym, everyday. All staff. This is has truly become the anchor and home gym I missed for years.

Fantastic experience: We joined Life Time because we liked their birthday party options and had a magical birthday for our five year old. When our son was born, however, we found that we weren’t using it and so we planned to end our membership. I told my daughter we’d go one last time, and while there, some lifeguards/swim instructors got in the pool and started playing with my daughter and the other two kids who were there. While playing, one of the employees got my daughter to do things she’d never done before. We’d put her in swim classes elsewhere since she was 4 but she’d remained really scared of putting her head in the water and swimming around. I quickly asked the employee her name, Sam, and if she taught classes. Shortly after my daughter started lessons from Sam and Shaylee and they have done amazing things! Swimmimg really is such an important life skill - one that I’ve had a lot of stress over (due to all her friends having pools in their backyards lol). I cannot believe how well my daughter can swim in such a short period of time, and the best part is that she loves it! We’ve had a few subs that have also been awesome and I have to also say that KJ (the aquatics director) and Kylie have helped us figure out scheduling options each time our daughter moves up a level. Everyone is so professional and friendly and they make each interaction a breeze. Life Time has been exactly what our busy family needed.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Such a great place to workout. The quality is amazing. Staff is very friendly especially Jesus Adame such a handsome man. It’s nice to see bright smiles once you walk in. I recommend this gym to peers as much as I can.

Fantastic experience: Excellent high quality facility! All the equipment and machines you could ever need, plus all of the classes and amenities you can think of, friendly staff and class instructors and great children’s center. Very nice locker rooms with steam room and sauna in each the men’s and women’s. Great food and shakes at the cafe , plus my wife and daughter get haircuts at the salon. I would say if you take advantage of everything than it is a great value for the membership cost. We’ve been members for 5 years and never had any unpleasant experiences or issues.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. This is a family fitness experience through and through. They have so many opportunities, really wonderful Childcare center, a rock wall that competes with most specialty gyms, and knowledgeable and polite staff. I could go on and on. The yoga classes are some of the best around with thoughtful, friendly and motivational instructors that take a genuine and personal interest in each participant.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality In all the activities and classes Lifetime offers, I’ve felt comfortable, invited, encouraged and shown how to be more affective with proper form. It’s definitely a one stop shop with showers towels and choice of saunas! Very very happy being a member of Lifetime ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lifetime is my daily go to place! The kids love the child center and all the activities they have for the kids of all ages, while I get to workout, get ready for the day and have a little me time! I have been going to lifetime palm valley for more than 3 years and I can honestly say that the employees there have been nothing but wonderful. Suzanne and holly are my favorite group fitness instructors if you want a fun great workout I suggest take one of their classes! I have never been let down with any instructor lead class and even the personal trainers have been great! Don’t forget the best part for the family is having access to both indoor and outdoor pools. I feel safe visiting the club during Covid and highly recommend this club if you want a upgraded gym experience.

Fantastic experience: Celebrating Christmas with family in Goodyear because one of my brother's live in Estrella. Two brothers from Chicago and 1 from DC. Christmas eve day, raining hard. I come in expecting to pay for a day pass. Manager Benji says Merry Christmas, just sign here. Great workout. I get back to the family, stoked, and my nephews want to check out this gym. I go back with 4 nephews. Benji again says Merry Christmas enjoy your workout. That is a gift. Incredibly kind and generous. And the club is awesome. I love functional fitness and they had a great area for fun. Plus hundreds of cardio equipment and every other fitness equipment you could ever use. But it was Benji and the staff that makes this place. I highly recommend Lifetime Fitness in Goodyear.

Fantastic experience: This has been my home gym for 1.5 years and I think compliments are in order for a gentleman name Gabriel . He is very attentive to the needs of the gym as far as the cleanness of it , stocking towels and Customer interaction is phenomenal. He asks if you need anything to make your work out experience what it “should be “ . I hope he is valued on many platforms and acknowledged for all he does . He is in a wheel chair . I have seen him do more around the gym than employees that could do it with less of a struggle . For instance today he was moving the couch in the hall and dusting behind it all while making sure to still speak to each guest that walked past him . He just makes the atmosphere very positive in the good year location . Kudos to him and all the hard work he does to keep the gyms sanitation in order and tending to the needs of the guest . ❤️

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I've been a member of Lifetime Palm Valley for almost 5 years now. I wouldn't even consider another gym! They have an amazing clean fitness floor, spa and pools. I especially enjoy all the varieties of group fitness classes they offer. My girls also love the childcare center and ask if we are going every morning!

They have taken interest in my children through the child center and make sure to make them feel seen and welcome when they are there, especially Suzanne Backus.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST gym if you have a family. My babies have been attending since they were infants and they look forward to going to the gym every day. I also get 2.5 hours of me time every day. I also love that they have a nice zero-depth indoor pool for my littles so we can swim comfortably in the summer without the need for sunscreen. So worth the price!

Fantastic experience: Mario Armenta goes above and beyond to answer any questions. He is very informative and very knowledgeable in health and fitness. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to speak with Mario when coming into Lifetime. He keeps it 100 with you. The gym itself is well maintained and kept clean. The staff are all very kind and friendly, make you feel welcomed. Best gym membership I've ever had. Love this place and all its amenities, variety of classes for adult and kids. And enjoy being able to rock climb with my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Gym is great. Very kid friendly from childcare staff to pool. Daughter has absolutely loved swim in part because of how wonderful KJ from swim has treated her. My wife and I are very happy with how KJ goes above and beyond for our daughter. Highly recommend for those of you with kids!

Fantastic experience: Went to another gym location and felt pushed and the place felt like being in a high school gym. Hubby found lifetime on a Google search and decided to check it out. Ana the front desk concierge was absolutely wonderful!!!! Very friendly and non judgemental. Then there is Steve, the gentleman that took time to show us the facility and to find out about us personally. Never did he push for us to join, even in his office going over the membership! He answered all the questions we had and was very professional and courteous at the same time. Because of the interacting we had, we decided to join. Then we met Mario, our trainer. Very attentive to what his clients needs are. Love the fact that plan he has in mind is different but the same for us both. Asked a lot of questing to get a bet idea of what we want and what he can do. Our first session is next Saturday. Can't wait! This facility was very clean, not super busy and very friendly staff. Did a small workout and chilled out in one of the pools (there's 4), loosened up in the hot tub, detoxed in a eucalyptus steam room and to a relaxing shower afterwards (the locker rooms are AMAZING). Can't wait to get this journey started!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the community it has become to our family. I was never a group fitness person, but a friend convinced me to try a spin class...and it changed my whole perspective. Love Suzanne & Amy’s classes!! These ladies kick our butts and make us laugh at the same time! Now I look forward to any class I can make it to! The childcare is amazing! We’ve done pre-k there, kids events, and my kids ask to use the gym pool rather than our own! Love our Lifetime family!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this gym! I absolutely LOVE the classes they offer, all the class instructors are amazing. They care about you and your fitness goals! The classes are hard but fun, and I actually look forward to going to class every day (well about 5x a week) :) The childcare service is absolutely wonderful! I have a 20 month old. They always remember his name, what he likes, and they take really good care of him. He always says hi and bye, and I can tell he really likes every single person that takes care of him! Additionally, swim lessons are great, everyone we have interacted with in aquatics is super kind, they also remember my son, and he is learning a ton! Lastly, the front staff that checks you in, as well as the original guy who toured us around and sold us our membership, are all amazing. We have always felt very welcome and comfortable. This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. Thank you everyone at Lifetime!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Lifetime Fitness Palm Valley for about 4 years now. We absolutely love it! The facility is always kept immaculately clean. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. When a machine is broken down it doesn’t take weeks to fix which is so nice. They constantly keep the club up to date with the nicest equipment. The child center goes above and beyond offering classes, games, and just an all around fun and safe environment. I love that they have designated areas for infants, toddlers, and bigger kids. The junior membership offers a plethora of perks for an unbeatable price. Lifetime fitness is unlike any other fitness club I’ve been to or have been a part of. They offer a variety of classes for all skill levels. You honestly can’t beat what this club has to offer. The concierge manager is my absolute favorite! She not only gets things done around the club but she is an absolute rockstar fitness instructor! Her name is Suzanne Backus! Even if you don’t get to experience her outstanding energy during one of her classes you can be sure that she will make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. To be honest, I really like a lot of the staff that works there because they are nice and respectful. Come and take a tour if you are on the fence because I assure you, you won’t be after. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of palm valley lifetime since 2016! I LOVE the classes offered + the kid care! My daughter has been going since she was six months old and now she is 4 1/2. They offer so many classes for the kids and so many extracurriculars. I live right next-door and lifetime has been one of the main reasons why we have not moved into a different neighborhood because we are so close. I highly recommend signing up and taking the classes. It’s a game changer and if you have a kid it is a great place to have them go.

Fantastic experience: Can't imagine ever joining another gym again! Seriously the best place. Amazing amenities and the all-inclusive studio classes are where you'll really find your family. Amy, Suzanne, Holly and Lindsey keep me so motivated and I absolutely love going to the gym even more once I started doing the classes, it's one of the best parts of my day! The child center is so great - I always feel like my kids will be well cared for. They know my kiddos by name and it's always a happy face greeting us.

Fantastic experience: The Ritz-Carlton of Gyms! You certainly get what you pay for-- high quality in every area. Very clean. Plenty of machines for everyone. Fun child center and kids activities. Fantastic pool. Always amazing customer service. Great classes! There is literally a class for everyone. Tried a cycle class for the first time a few weeks ago- Now I'm hooked! The instructor Suzanne B. helped fit me to my bike before class and gave great instruction for this first timer. Her AMP class was so upbeat and fun- before I knew it- I burned over 600 calories in her class. Our family enjoys the rock wall and the rock wall guys- Chuck & John. Also- check out ANY of the yoga classes as they are all awesome- Marcy is our personal favorite.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined a few months ago and absolutely love it!!! We consider it worth every penny!! The child center is fantastic!! My kids love it and look forward to the fun classes they get to participate in! I also have an infant that’s 3 months old and I feel confident that he is safe when I leave him with the ladies in the infant room. The facility itself is clean and very nice! They have many great classes and fantastic teachers!! Suzanne at Customer service is a rockstar she is super helpful with scheduling and activities and also teaches my favorite class there! If you haven’t tried her Amp class yet then you are missing out!! I love the variety of classes and activities that are available to me!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Really well equipped gym facility. Very clean, with lots of variety of activities you can engage in. There's two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, , two indoor jacuzzis, squash areas, two basketball courts, a climbing wall and a giant weights and cardio area on the second floor. The second floor also has a lot of stretch machines and calisthenics equipment, plus several pinching bags. The changing rooms are massive offering lots of space, towels, many showers, hair dryers, lockers with a pin combination and there's even a changing room for families. You can also get your nails(manicure and pedicure) done here, your hair cut, facial and more! The facility is equipped with a small cafe/restaurant where one can have a coffee or a full meal. There's also many classes that people can join(most of which are walk ins, so no need to schedule upfront). And the best of all, the gym is 24/7 with most amenities available the whole time. I'm sure I have missed out on a lot but really this place is great for the price and I am still exploring everything myself! Also Wes(one of the account managers) is great and I recommend working with him to set up your account.

Fantastic experience: I joined earlier this year and I am so glad I did! It’s a very clean facility with lots of different machines and classes to choose from. There is literally something for everyone here. My kids love the staff in the childcare center and I think it’s great that they offer classes for them while they are there. They also love the pool and constantly beg to swim when we are there. As for adult classes, I have enjoyed the few that I have tried, but my favorite has been AMP with Suzanne. She is a fantastic instructor and always pushes you to be the best version of yourself. If you’re looking for a place to workout, I highly recommend Lifetime.
