Fantastic experience: After moving to Lincolnton I wanted a gym that was affordable and had a decent amount of equipment and classes to attend. The Rock has all of that and more! They are always adding new equipment and working slowly to replace some old equipment. Trainers are super nice and all the classes I've had thrown chance to added has excellent instructors!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. They've got more equipment and space than any other gym in town. I usually go at peak times between 6-8 PM and while it does get a bit crowded there's always plenty of open machines and weights to go around. The Staff is exactly what I want out of the staff which is non existent unless I directly need them. The classes seem to be ever popular though I haven't tried them out yet.

Fantastic experience: Great people, clean gym as well. They have something for everyone. They've been a blessing, helping me in several ways. They do have a one year contract that is considerably cheaper than paying by month, and it can be altered to an extent. Again, good for anyone!

Fantastic experience: Staff is great, lots of different machine's for every fitness level, and very few judgmental people. Almost every person there is happy to see new people, they are also happy to give you advice if you ask them. It's open 24 hours which is very convenient.
