Fantastic experience: PSF is a great gym to have a membership with! If you are looking for a great workout, you definitely need to try PSF classes. There is plently of variety in the classes and each class is challenging. I have definitely seen results.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an awesome workout where you can punch fat in its face, you have found it. This place is great! By far the best work out place in Chicago. They offer a variety of classes from BOSU interval, Kickboxing intervals, and many more. I love the kickboxing interval class and the power sculpt fitness signature class. The instructor Heather is great. She plays great music to get you pumped and motivated to get through the workout. She comes up with amazing workout combinations to make your body burn fat and calories. I would recommend this place for anybody looking for a fun and energetic workout that will kick fat out of your life….. GOOOO TO POWER SCULPT FITNESS. 
