Solid Rock Gymnastics

Positive experience: Good place for your little gymnast of any age. Used to go there but not anymore. Did have a couple of birthday parties here that were fun a couple years back. The gym is fairly nice but sometimes can get crowded and a little smelly. The price is a little high for my taste but good if your child loves gymnastics. The class that my daughter took a few years when she was about 10-11, was almost 2 hours from 7-8:45! I think that's a little long for I think that's a little long for a 10-11 year old especially on a school night. I guess that may explain the price but still.... If your child loves gymnastics and does competitive or just loves the concept of it all, then this is the place for you. If your child likes to tumblr more, maybe a different would be better.

Fantastic experience: This place was great to have a birthday at. Solid Rock is very affordable and they’re really good with the kids. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my kids here for gymnastics or a birthday party!

Not only are the instructors great, but they also take the time to write personalized letters to each student monthly. My kids get so excited to receive their postcard in the mail! The facility is clean. The staff is professional. The classes are organized and fun. Thank you, Solid Rock!

Fantastic experience: We love Solid Rock!! We have looked into and tried other gyms in Lincoln and the coaching and facility is the best I’ve seen!! I love that solid rock works as a group and a team but also individually! With 3 years of experience here they give so much support and encouragement as well as challenge and push their boundaries to be the best they can be! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!

It is clear when going to meets how SRG is above the competition. If your looking for a place to get the most out of your daughter and compete at the highest level then don't look any farther.

Communication with management is excellent and there are never any surprises with fees or policies.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and facility! I moved to Nebraska recently from the Chicagoland area, and have a 16 year background in gymnastics. I came upon Solid Rock whilst searching for a gymnastics gym for my daughter, though she won't start for some time. I then started working for Solid Rock and in the short time I've been here I've learned so much. The owner has an extensive background in gymnastics and is extremely passionate. The programs are organized and small, so each child receives adequate attention. Students class enrollments are adjusted to their skill level and Solid Rock strives to give each child exactly what they need. I'm really impressed with the program and am proud to work for such a top notch facility.

Fantastic experience: We have been a part of the Solid Rock family for the past 8 years. Our children have fun while learning the sport. We really appreciate the knowledgeable coaching staff and their focus on teaching the right way to do each skill. There is a strong emphasis on safety and ensuring that the girls are proficient in the skills before moving to the next level. Through gymnastics competitions, we have been in other gyms and none compare to the facilities and training offered at SRG.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this as a former gymnast and current employee. I started at solid rock when I was 2 and since day one I've been loved and respected by the entire SRG family. I love the encouraging and positive environment and this gym has changed my life. One of the coaching aspects of this particular gym that I love is we meet you where you want your child to go. If they want to be fit and have fun, it's a relaxed and friendly environment. If they want to compete and be pushed we have a great team program. I recommend this facility to any end everyone I meet, for gymnasts and employees. Thanks for all the wonderful years and memories SRG!!
