Fantastic experience: Liza is awesome. She really takes time to get to know you and meet you where you're at and make sure you're enjoying her workouts. Plus, she goes out of her way to make a customized workout just for me since i'm crippled.

Fantastic experience: Set The Bar Eastside Lincoln has quickly become a staple in my life. I feel comfortable going and always know I will get a fantastic workout. Every muscle is used in every workout. The coaches are super supportive, friendly, and willing to help you get to your goals. The meal plans are fool proof and super easy to follow. I can’t believe the changes I saw in myself both physically and mentally in just 6 weeks. I look forward to continuing to push myself to become better in all aspects of life with Set The Bar Eastside Lincoln!
