Fantastic experience: Great gym! It's fantastic to be able to go in, have a workout already planned out. Coach is professional and helps you to understand the workouts. Provides constrictive feedback to ensure you make progress on your fitness goals. Will definitely keep going to this gym!

Positive experience: Convenient location for out of town visitors. Workouts were good but they were not explain and coaches didn't make sure everyone knew the movements. The usual crossfit community also wasn't there.

Fantastic experience: Nice, rustic atmosphere to exercise in. The owner/personal trainer is extremely knowledgeable about all relevant topics. He provides a great intro for beginners and plenty of challenges for experienced clients.
