Fantastic experience: If you are feeling overwhelmed or discouraged by unmet physical goals, I encourage you to make an appointment with one of the trainers at Bodyworks. They are on point. They will help you cut through the muck and unveil all of the truths/myths about diet and exercise. It wasn't until Cindy helped me develop a plan, that I was able to work the plan and finally see results! The fitness center offers every piece of equipment imaginable while maintaining a private, intimate environment. The spa offers a delicious variety of services designed to improve the condition of your skin and spirit. PAMPERING AT ITS FINEST!! Joani is a magician with skin and Chandra will give you the massage of your life! The entire staff at Bodyworks is phenomenal!! DOUBLE THUMBS UP!!

Fantastic experience: Bodyworks is the finest spa AND gym I've known in all my years. I've enjoyed facials, massages and fitness coaching from great facilities, but these people are truly the best. They're sincerely intent on our personal needs, whether an adjustment to a facial regimen, attention to particularly troubled muscles in a massage -- or highly professional customization of our workout to accommodate a short-term injury. The staff is courteous and quick, and they're always ready to help. Super clean and relaxing spa, and very well equipped gym. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE -- and this place!

Fantastic experience: Bodyworks Fitness Spa is my one stop shop. Joani does a wonderful job with my facials, waxes and BBL treatments. I tweaked my piriformis muscle and Cathy and Chandra did fantastic massages and had it healed in no time and knew just what to do to get me back up and running. The personal trainers are phenomenal and I'm getting amazing results in toning my problem areas. The Bodyworks staff is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They are truly a gem in Libertyville.
