CrossFit^® Freedom

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for three years. I'm 42 and in the best shape of my life. The team at CrossFit Freedom is top notch. They train a wide range of people. Some have never had an exercised before and others are elite athletes. They inspire all to be the best they can be. It's a great community that works out here. We all are supportive of each other and have a fun time getting in shape together.

Positive experience: Decent gym, no shortage of weights and bars but can use work on fixing/replacing some other equipment especially near the dumbbells, the bench pads have loose bolts, padding is worn down etc. Walter filter needs to be addressed, had mold growing out of my water container from using that water fountain, never seen/ had that happened before with just water in my thermos. Overall I would say if you’re just strictly a “CrossFitter” it’s a great gym. For other use and purposes, you’re better off finding a gym that has more variety and well kept machines/equipment.

Fantastic experience: Love love love CFF- can't say enough good things about the workout programming, the coaches, and the people. If you want real workouts that WILL kick your butt in the best way possible then sign up for some trial classes and join us. There's never any pressure or judgement, but rather pure excitement that you showed up no matter where you're at in life.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming box to drop in to when you're in town. I e-mailed the gym via the website but the owner was on vacation. Despite not getting a response, I was welcomed in when I walked in and Coach Keith let me work out with everyone. Knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic, he and the other gym members made me feel welcome as a visitor! Hope to be able to drop in again during my visit in town!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this place is friendly, inviting, and encouraging. Coaches and members. Great guidance for someone new to CrossFit. Coming to CFF is something I look forward to!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in from out of town. I was immediately greeted by coach Kathy who is extremely professional and put the whole class through a thorough warmup and progressions for what we were doing that day. She gave me some helpful ques to improve what I was doing and I was also aware of her helping others with their teqnique. We started on time, didn’t feel rushed, and we finished on time. Everyone in the group was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I will be back!
