Fantastic experience: Very good atmosphere and great people.

Fantastic experience: Everything is amazing!! The staff are friendly and always visible walking throughout the building. The clients are very respectful of others, which is not true at all locations. It is a great family friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Staff is great and always willing to help and I took a Muslim visitor and they were so kind to him and was there to answer his questions and when he acted like a bird making sounds they just laughed. He does not know how to swim but the lifeguard advised him on which life jacket he should wear in the pool they were watching him while he was in the pool to make sure he was safe

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality The class times fit my schedule well and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is always clean and it's never too crowded that I have to wait for equipment or a machine, even with several removed currently for social distancing.

Fantastic experience: I like the proximity of this Y to the Legacy Trail. It's possible to go into the facility for a workout in the fitness area and then hit the Legacy Trail for a bike ride.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism Aqua aerobics classes!!! Love Shar as an instructor! She is personable, cares about her students, always smiling and is great in class! I come 30 minutes from Frankfort to class because it's so good. You learn, laugh and have fun. This last class, 3 of our Frankfort members came. We will be back Tuesday.

Fantastic experience: Great clean environment, staff ensures the spraying of the facility and each stations sanitized frequently since I've been a member in July. They do a great job of sanitizing for sure.

Fantastic experience: The North Side YMCA gym is a clean and friendly place to work out. The showers are always clean, and I have always had access to a locker, no matter what time I was there. The staff is always smiling and easy to approach in case you have questions about anything. I can only speak to the time I am there, (between 9 and noon), but there is someone there constantly cleaning the equipment and ready to answer any questions new people have about the equipment. The equipment is new and well maintained. During the 2 1/2 years I have been there, all the treadmills (maybe a dozen or more) have been replaced with newer models. I have never had a problem with parking. I would not hesitate recommending this facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My son has gone to the summer camp here for two years in a row and played baseball here for one of those years. It's been an awesome experience for him and the staff seem very knowledgeable and responsible.

Fantastic experience: I love the classes here. They are so much more smaller than the ones at Whitaker YMCA. You also never have to wait for a piece of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Best Y in town and I have been to all of them. I wish they would build an outdoor lap pool right behind it for daily swimmers! Staff is always so nice and helpful! I love to go to the North Y!!

Fantastic experience: The pool is awesome I go every morning except Sunday, the renovations in the lockers rooms are great. I used to come to this one before, years ago. And once I left due to illness, when I decided to go back in Oct I went to another location because of the warm water pool, then when it closed for maintenance, i went to another, then they had a problem after Christmas and ended back at North, I was thrilled that the water was not warm but not shockingly cold, and the staff are really nice. And i stayed for a couple of aerobic classes that were great. This is now my Y again. I will go back to visit at my old one once in a while to see my friends that l made there. But North is my new/old, from now on.

Fantastic experience: I love this facility and the "Silver Sneakers' program. I normally try to come 5 days a week. Our group is like family; we love and care for each other. The workouts are a lot of fun and I would recommend the program for any and all SENIORS.
