Fantastic experience: Very personable staff and trainers. They go out of their way to remember your name. Very helpful pointers and tips on improving form. There is an atmosphere of support that drives you to the end of ever workout. I usually don’t like gyms because of the “judgy” looks you get, say, if you are trying something new or don’t know how to do something. But I really liked THIS gym because the coaches and even the other gym members treat you like family and offer their support and encouragement.
