Eat The Frog Fitness offers a unique combination of physical science and athletic-inspired exercises to ensure you get the most tailored results possible - a guarantee.

Our Agility sessions will boost power and agility, while also increasing core muscle strength. Through functional exercises, we can better prepare ourselves for the physical demands of everyday life. Additionally, a core-focused approach will lead to improved posture, balance, stability, and coordination.

Our strength sessions incorporate Nubell weights, Alpha sandbags, and the TRX training system to increase strength and sculpt muscle. Our specially designed cardio sessions will help you increase your workout capacity by using a combination of Concept II Rowers and Keiser Spin Bikes. We utilize Trigger Point rollers, coupled with cutting-edge stretching and recovery techniques after each workout. This will help you reduce your chance of injury while improving your body awareness, just like the professionals.

Your tailored workout plan will feature Cardio, Strength, and Agility exercises, which are suitable for both the novice and the veteran.

This full-body workout focuses on functional training, providing a strenuous exercise without putting too much strain on the body or joints. The atmosphere is enjoyable, yet the workouts are still intense. The music is great, and the coaches are fantastic. I'm really enjoying my time at Eat The Frog Fitness! The gym is huge and spotless, the music is great, the trainers are really inspiring, and the workout plans guarantee results. I haven't been this motivated to exercise in ages!

I find that working out with a group pushes me to work harder than if I was on my own, and it's very affordable compared to hiring a personal trainer. I can go to the gym four or five days a week, and it's enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, especially if I have any chronic pain or injuries - they always provide me with modifications to protect my lower back. Plus, the times are flexible, so I can do virtual sessions when my schedule is hectic.

I wholeheartedly suggest Eat The Frog Fitness for those seeking a supportive and uplifting fitness atmosphere. I always have a terrific workout at ETF! The trainers and personnel are all friendly and inspire me to reach my goals. Not only are the trainers great, but the virtual classes are practical for my timetable.

I adore going to Eat The Frog Fitness. They have a wide array of workouts to choose from and the coaches are so encouraging and enthusiastic. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at, they can adjust the classes to suit your needs, even if you have an injury.

Fantastic experience: I was on the market to join a gym and finally decided on Eat the Frog for several reasons. I chose them over other studios due to small group classes with instructor feedback. The facility is beautiful and spotless. I love how personal Eat the Frog is and how friendly all the instructors are. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for the last six weeks and I love it!! The instructors are all great (but Julie is the best ) and they took the time to get to know me and my goals/limitations right from the start. I used to go to some other gyms that had a weird competitive vibe and that is the complete opposite here. Everyone is really just doing their own thing and having fun in class together. The workouts are challenging, but modifiable, and offer plenty of variety. Plus the virtual options are awesome!! And I don’t mean sitting at home watching videos - you can come in and use the equipment…truly a huge perk that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined ETFF to change up my workout routine and give myself a new challenge. I needed something different, and saw an ad for the gym and thought I would give it a shot, and it was definitely the right move for me. I look forward to each workout, and I like the variety of workouts offered each week to keep everything fresh. The gym is opened 24/7 so there is no excuse for ever missing a workout, unless it is a recovery day. The owners, coaches, and staff are very engaged with all of the members. Give them a call, or stop by and take a free class. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I came here recovering from acl reconstruction and scared of working out again. Every staff member and coach has been absolutely encouraging and understanding in every way. They modify anything to make it doable for me, or give me another option totally. Can’t say enough about how much that’s meant to me. I never thought I’d be working out at this level again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Eat The Frog Fitness since it opened. Each trainee is assigned their own strength training equipment (dumbells, sandbags, TRX) and cardio equipment (bike or rower). The flexible schedule allows me to take the classes I want in the morning or evening. The studio and bathrooms are always very clean. I really like all of the coaches - they provide helpful form cues and exercise modifications, and provide encouragement to work hard and improve. I highly recommend ETF.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and it’s trainers so much!! The owners Julie and Travis are amazing!! Julie you have helped me more than you know!! I’ve been a member since they opened and don’t regret it one bit! Eat the Frog has a great mix of cardio, strength and agility training and the classes change each week making it exciting to find out what you’re doing for fun (torture lol) that day!! They are focused on their clients and helping them achieve their goals with a family feel. In addition they have been great with cleanliness and ensuring safety for app participants.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I joined a number of months ago and we have not regretted it. The owners and instructors are all great!!! We frequent the location 3+ times a week and every day it is a great workout. Classes progress week over week and you can feel the total workout. We've switched to online classes with ETFF during Covid-19 and have taken advantage of the pre-recorded video classes as well. Really like that we can still continue to workout (even though we miss our rowing machines!!). ETFF has done a great job shifting from on-site to digital classes. They continually have different challenges and ways to incorporate the community. Feels like home every time we stop in. Excited to get back to onsite classes once it is safe to do so. Highly recommend trying out at class!!!

Fantastic experience: Our favorite gym of all time by far. A unique mix of cardio, weight training, and agility exercises in a friendly environment where staff and members motivate each other. The coaches are literally the best we’ve experienced, they quickly understand your capabilities, pay attention to your form, and have the unique ability to bring you to your best performance. While not true one on one personal training, it certainly feels that way and generates excellent results. The fitness technology and heart monitor is integrated with flat screens in the gym displaying real time performance which is very cool. The mobile app allows for easy session scheduling and performance evaluation. My wife and I continue to improve our physical conditioning - and are having fun along the way. We both look forward to our workouts and miss it when we can’t make it in.

Eat the Frog however brings it all together. They are focused on their clients and helping them achieve their goals with a family feel. Fantastic experience: I have always avoided exercise classes, actually have always avoided health clubs, although that is not what Eat the Frog is. I have enjoyed it! Surprising, but I enjoyed it. I pushed myself to levels I never had because of the whole atmosphere and the trainers. Everyone has been so supportive, right there if they see me struggling with a new "tad" contortion. . The trainers are seasoned, and know how to nudge a "tad" more from you. Who would have thought that as a senior citizen, I could learn to enjoy exercise. I really miss going, I miss exercising and I miss everyone. Am looking forward to getting back on the bike when it is safe.

I can get a great workout in and really push myself and go with my wife who feels way more comfortable here than at a traditional gym. The staff is fantastic both as front office people and as trainers for the coached classes.

Fantastic experience: I really love the workout I get here. It's all low-impact so I don't have to worry about injury but I still get an awesome calorie burn. The staff is super nice and helpful and are super responsive.

Fantastic experience: Eat the Frog Fitness Broadlands offers great workouts, modern equipment and amazing instructors. The workouts are challenging and change every week. They have a variety of class times throughout the week so it fits great into my schedule. Also the way the classes are set up, they can accommodate any skill/athletic level. I love it!

Fantastic experience: All the staff and trainers are very friendly and so supportive! They truly care about your well being and seem to know when you need a little push and when you need a break. Classes are for all levels, the trainers adjust the class to your personal fitness level! I would highly recommend Eat The Frog to anyone with any fitness level at any age.

Fantastic experience: I had my first work out this week and loved it. I was a little worried about not having worked out for some time. But it was easy to understand and follow along. I struggled with some of the workout. Julie helped me through all of the stations. And answered all of my questions. I look forward to becoming stronger as I work the program.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Classes are always different and fun. Well put together work outs which allow you to do a little bit of everything: working on your strength, burn good amount of calories and tone your body. It feels like you have your own personal coach since classes are small and customized to your own personal goals! Great for people who are bored with regular gyms with no guidance. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: My daughter joined Eat the frog fitness in the Broadlands/Ashburn at Southern Walk Plaza and loves it. She was never one to go a gym. I’ve taken her to some of the classes at my gym but she always felt uncomfortable. Plus as she’s just another person taking a class. Nothing personalized. So she was just not having it. She was gaining weight and not exercising. I asked her why she liked Eat the frog and she said. “ I like that there are personal trainers that help if I need it. That there are classes that I enjoy doing. That I can see my progress and heart rate on the screen and how many calories I burned for that class. I feel very comfortable there” This all coming from a girl who used to despise working out. She likes that it is a small personalized group training class. That she can choose her classes which include core, cardio and strength training. Plus there are classes she takes that are virtual on a big screen if she misses a class. She loves the app so she can track her fitness.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has exclusively worked out at home with videos for a few years, I like this place a lot. It provides a more social environment and different equipment to work with. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great (upbeat music, perfect temperature that allows me to skip bringing a towel), and the structure and moves are familiar and fairly easy to follow. There are 3 types of classes - Strength, Flexcore, and Cardio, though you use the same or similar equipment in each (rower/bike, weights/sand bags, and TRX equipment). Each class is about 55 minutes long. You are provided a heart rate monitor so you can track your stats and compare it to others during class (shown on large TV monitors) - - this motivates you to do your best! You can either take a live or "virtual" class, allowing you to attend scheduled classes at anytime in 1-hour intervals -- really great for someone that needs a flexible schedule. After every class, your results (heart rate stats, calorie burn, etc) will be sent to your email and mobile app. I do, however, wish there was a recovery class or at least more time allotted for cool down/post-workout stretches. You can really push yourself to your limits, but the time given at the end of the classes won't be enough to loosen your muscles well (3-5 minutes). Expect to do more on your own time (personally I stretch for an hour once a week).
