Fantastic experience: I am not one to write reviews ever, but LJ's Fitness deserves it. I have been coming here for the past few years and it is the best gym experience there is. Everyone is welcoming and extremely supportive no matter what level of fitness you are at. Sadly, I am moving to Florida for work and won't be able to come here anymore, but any chance I get coming back to visit family I will be visiting LJ's to get a workout in!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with obesity almost my entire adult life. After having bariatric surgery I knew I needed to take total control of my health so that I could allow this tool to work for me. I started personal training with Tim and it has been life changing! He has helped me work through physical pains that I experienced due to my obesity and I am now pain free. He has helped me focus on building lean muscle and burning fat to achieve my ultimate health and weight goals. The surgery in combination with good nutrition, personal training and the awesome classes offered by the LJs staff I have lost, and am maintaining, a 138lb weight loss, have continued to build lean muscle, and my "bad fat" has gone down from 39 to 5lbs!!! LJs has been a huge part of helping me live my best life!! If you want the best support and encouragement in a family-like atmosphere you MUST check out LJs (and grab a delish smoothie while you are there or hop in the massage chair!)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym (on and off) for the past 2 years now, and LJs is a great gym! They have all of the equipment I like to use (and I've gone to Gold's and LA Fitness in the past), they are friendly and inviting, AND make amazing smoothies! It's a great gym that I look forward to going to, not only to workout, but to see Lynn and Tim and their awesome staff! They have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to lifting weights, the proper way to do it, and are always willing to explain things to you. If you're looking for a gym that's not a half hour drive from Womelsdorf (or just a great gym in general) definitely come check out LJs! I would highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I have been going to LJ's for about 2 years, & I have had memberships at LA Fitness & YMCA and their customer service & atmosphere could never compare. LJ's is by far the best gym experience I've ever had. I always feel welcomed, encouraged and comfortable the moment I walk in! Lynn, Tim and Lauren are extremely knowledgeable and courteous, as well as the rest of their staff. Lynn and Tim are always quick to assist in showing how to use the equipment correctly and safely. The equipment & restrooms as well as the facility is always being sanitized & is incredibly clean. All around an awesome experience with a wide variety of classes being included in your membership. I can't say enough good things about this business! Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about LJs!! The staff is amazing and welcoming and will literally help with anything you need. There are plenty of machines and even a womens only area. It's not a gym where you feel intimidated, but you feel like a member of the family (even if it's been awhile since ya visited ). The gym is always clean and there is even a sauna and eucalyptus room. There is something literally for everyone classes, training, boxing, or even if you just want to do your own thing. Definitely worth a trip in to check it out, you won't be sorry!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms throughout the northeast and LJs is on the top of that list! Has everything you need no matter what phase of training is the focus. Equipment was always kept up to date and clean for members! Unfortunately, I am no longer a member because I moved states away! When I come back to Berks County I look forward to getting a friendly greeting and ringing the bell as I leave!

Fantastic experience: This establishment has everything anyone would ever look for in a gym. There are freeweights, machines, cardio equipment, an area for boxing, a large class area which offers multiple classes to include yoga. It even has rooms only for females so they dont have to compete in the main gym for equipment. In addition to vast array of workout equipment, the pricing is the same if not better than other gyms in the area. Theres even 24 hour access, a sauna, and massages available. Well worth it! The owners and staff are very kind and accomodating too. I highly reccomend!!
