She gave me some great advice on using certain machines and also helped me pick out a few supplements they have for sale at the front counter. You could not find a nicer lady let me tell you. I would recommend 204 fitness so anyone looking for a nice gym to join.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Supportive atmosphere, clean, and quant all in the same place. Not one of these generic gyms where you feel out of place. Owners are helpful and there to assist you through whatever hill you are trying to climb. Highly recommend the 204.

Fantastic experience: Great gym never packed. They have a good selection of weights. They offer daily and monthly subscriptions single or family. They also have certified trainers you can hire as well. They also sell a small variety of pre workout and protein mixes.
