Fantastic experience: I am a highly satisfied client of Mickey's Fitness Connection where I have been working out three times per week for the past three months. During that time, my work-out experience has been phenomenal in every aspect. I especially appreciate and value the ability to train in a safe and secure environment that is highly suitable for females wanting a one-on-one personal training experience. In addition, Mickey is highly engaged in each training session providing personal guidance/instructions, and helpful information about nutrition and meal planning.
