Fantastic experience: I have been working out here for 2 years. I don’t even live in Bacliff anymore and I make that 15 minute drive to come here because this place is just that awesome. It’s always clean, I always see someone from the staff cleaning the gym, and it isn’t ridiculously packed all the time. There are plenty of machines/options to choose from when working out. The staff is so nice as well. Just all around a great gym.

Fantastic experience: Started training here about 3 or 4 months ago. I work at the PHR Peakers Power Plant down the road as a millwright contractor, and needed somewhere to train for my upcoming physique competition on May 1st. I travel alot for work, and have been to dozens of gyms across the country the past few years. This location was very convenient for me, and it had everything I needed as far as free weights and cardio machines. I'm usually there very early in the morning to do my fasted cardio, around 4:30 am, so it being open 24 hrs with a key fob for members made it even more convenient for me. They keep the place clean and provide towels and spray bottles to wipe down the machines after use. This is mandatory at the moment there, due to covid precautions. Masks aren't mandatory but I've seen a few people wear them. It's a personal choice but the gym doesn't require it. After my 30-45 mins of fasted cardio I would hit my workout for about an hour, then head to work literally one minute down the road. And towards the end, the closer I got to my competition, I would go again after work for more cardio and training. Well I'm happy to say that my first competition ever landed me 4 first place finishes and overall novice champion Won my open, novice and masters 35+. It was an amazing experience and I thank The Force Fitness for providing the convenience and the equipment to help me crush my goals

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Staff are nice, fellow gym goers are considerate, and the facilities are kept clean both by staff and by gym goers with towels and sanitizing spray provided. Plenty of equipment whether you prefer free weights or machines. No fancy extras like a pool, saunas, locker rooms or showers. For $25/mo, it suits my needs perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I have worked out and joined this gym. Very convenient location. Facility is very clean which is important to me and I'm sure anyone else. Music playing to get you pumped. Several machines from which to choose. The new owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts about how to use some of the equipment the staff is always there to guide you. So I suggest you stop in for a workout. They also sell cold energy and workout drinks along with water. Need a workout shirt? Buy one from them. Both men and women's shirts.
