Fantastic experience: This place is hands down the best boxing gym ever!!!. the coaches push you in the right direction and make you wanna come back for more, they teach you real fundamentals of boxing (none of the influencer trash). The culture at this gym is so welcoming, also very kid friendly, covid sanitation practices on point. if you and your family want to get shape this is place.

Fantastic experience: I went in this past Tuesday for my free initial visit. Coach Ty (extremely knowledgeable and patient) put me through the paces of a demanding and yet invigorating workout. From there, we did some glove work in the ring. I was given the flexibility of a month to month contract along with pay per visit option. I opted for a month contract due to the wonderful customer service. The gym is old-school - pure boxing with great camaraderie, gear and equipment.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived to VFC I was nervous. I was just recovering from a car accident and I was still out of shape. I had zero boxing experience. Coach Scoob is a great teacher and has helped me gain skill and confidence. I have learned so much over the last 6 months. Fantastic experience: I was 312 pounds when I started here. After working with coach scoob, one year later I’m down to 195 and cut. I’m talking gainsss. They are phenomenal people who care more about you then just getting your money and working out. They are a real family oriented business and I would recommend anyone that’s interested in boxing or just wants to work out.

Fantastic experience: VFC is not just a boxing gym. It’s a big family and team that have a whole bunch of love and respect for each other. Coach Scoob, P-No,and Ma dukes provide us with the best knowledge when it comes to fighting in and outside the ring.They are very organized with planning Fights, Trips and, Team Training Trips. They have hand wraps, mouth pieces, shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants. Coach Scoob has to be one of the best trainers in the state of Georgia. He keeps everything real and he took me in as family. whenever you feel like you can’t do something he pushes you past your limit. He trains all different types of fighters with different styles and techniques and he creates different types of training for each fighter once he learns how you fight first. He shows you different combinations and different ways to defend yourself. BUT what I can say is the team that coach has assembled has nothing but straight DAWGS IN THERE AND WE UP NEXT IN LINE FOR GREATNESS! So If you want to take boxing seriously and want to go professional GO TO VFC !

Coach Scoob and his family are beyond supportive when it comes to boxing, signing up, and for a good laugh. Check this place out if you want some real boxing.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! We found them right when they opened and my nephew was just getting interested in boxing. I've watch my boy grow into loving the sport. Coach Scoob and Coach Lindsay is awesome with the boys and really knows how to keep them motivated and on their toes. Even if you aren't the one taking classes just being in the gym watching them put work in you can tell its not a regular gym, they've become a family that all works together to get better. stronger and work as a team to grow.
