Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much! In just two weeks I have not only seen cardio and strength improvements, but I'm also more flexible and agile! I feel better all around, physically and mentally! Destiny and Devin are great at getting everyone engaged and motivated, and each of the trainers have been amazing! I have been to classes with trainers Anikka, Michelle, Harold, and Cody and each of them were knowledgeable, encouraging, and kept me motivated to go hard for the entire workout. Joining this gym was a great decision for me, and I'm excited to continue the journey! Btw, I have made a class for 7 consecutive days. That consistency isn't normal for me. But while these classes are challenging... the music, the tempo, and the instructors make them fly by. I actually look forward to them!

Fantastic experience: I connected with Devin this morning on Bumble Bizz and tried to make it to a class driving straight away cross town because how compelling her messaging was. Luckily I was late and she spent near an hour explaing to me the history and vision of the F45 to my immense gratitude. Signed up for the 530 class and it was so absolutely stellar. Annika was a wonderful leader and fantastic trainer. The workout regimen was challenging and rewarding with the perfect pace for someone like myself just getting back into HIIT style. My favorite part was how many stations were there because as my luck would have it I got paired up with the most athletic dude in the pack!! It was my favorite because I could pace myself around injuries while not feeling alienated such as in a big group all doing the same lift. There was even a cherry on top running into a colleague of mine after the session so the community feel went to the moon! Thank you for having me and I hope I earned my new towel :) Cheers James

The staff truly care about each individual that steps foot inside. Each staff member will motivate you and inspire you.I took classes with Trevor and Michelle they were wonderful! Lexy is also so sweet and kind.

Always love the F45 workouts, they are challenging but can be tailored to any fitness level. Definitely give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I’m an F45er from LaSalle Ontario. Started Challenge #34. So happy to find an F45 location 10 minutes away from our hotel in Vegas!!! Great to know you can still take 45 minutes out of our Vegas vacation to get a fabulous workout in!!! Loved it! Love knowing there is an F45 every time we travel to Vegas!!! Fantastic experience: I came to Vegas for a work conference and did not want to mess up my routine. I have been doing F45 for close to 2 years so I was thrilled to find one nearby. All of the trainers here were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home from the start. I’d recommend this facility to anyone traveling through but to locals as well. They seemed to have built a great sense of community with their members. Thanks for having me. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again!

Fantastic experience: One of the best fitness studios I have ever been to! These HIIT workouts are insanely good and got me into the best shape of my life. I enjoy coming in to workout without having to come up with my own routine as well as the smaller class sizes. The support of each member is phenomenal! They constantly are boosting you up and pushing you to grow out of your comfort zone. 11/10 would recommend :D

Fantastic experience: F45 is amazing and this is a great F45 studio! I was in town visiting for a convention for 4 days and it couldn’t have been easier to taxi/Uber up from the strip every day. Great, wide open space with plenty of equipment and room… high energy and enthusiastic trainers and a fun / energetic vibe. Devin (the manager) even worked out along side of me and pushed me through and kept me honest!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of other F45’s and the team here were really welcoming and pushed me really hard. The Saturday morning boot camp was killer burning over 600calories in under an hour. I’m looking forward to the opening of the studio in the awesome Arts District area!

Fantastic experience: I signed up a few weeks ago to be a new member of F45 Arts District! I had a TON of questions and they were so quick to answer any one I had. They followed up with phone calls and text messages and it was so helpful. I know there are many choices out there but I’m sure I’ll be so happy with furthering my health journey here. I’m so excited to get started and I already know I’ll be supported and encouraged!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a class for my bachelorette party through Torrey Felber, one of the instructors. It was the first time any of us had taken an F45 class and we loved it! It was very challenging but in the best way possible! Torrey was incredible and motivating throughout the entire class. We had a great time and a great workout! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Workouts are super intense and work every part of the body. There are tons of different classes to choose from as well! Highly recommend if you are looking for a challenging training experience.

Fantastic experience: By far my favorite place to workout. The instructors are the best and so motivating and helpful. Every workout is different, but they all leave you feeling and looking great!!

Fantastic experience: The facility: super clean, super tidy, well organized, lots of space! The staff: all 3 are amazing! Rinnah, Chris and Percy are exactly the combination of personalities that make this team like a family! Percy is the serious quiet encourager, Rinnah is super sweet and kind and always smiling while keeping you motivated and Chris is always cracking a joke or ten while telling you to go faster and lift heavier! The peeps who come to train: everyone is lovely! I’m rubbish at these exercises but can train alongside super fit athletes because it’s all adaptable for your ability! I love the 7:30am crew!! The workout itself: expect to be pushed to your limit and tired - but it’s only 45 minutes so it’s manageable! I go back every day even when I’m exhausted! Results: in my first week since i weighed myself i lost 7lbs! I wish i had been tracking my weight the first week! (My friend lost 10lbs, in case you think i might be an exception to the rule!) ... Come and give it a go! I post about it all the time on my social media! I love it, genuinely. I would give them 20 stars if i could!!!!! If you need a workout pal? I’ll be there at 7:30am every day! Fantastic experience: F45 is an excellent facility with extremely positive and motivating employees! I always feel great upon entering and leaving, and I love every workout we do (especially Strength Days on Tuesday and Thursday). As a loyal and happy member, I would suggest it to every person because it is welcoming and inclusive of all ages. I highly recommend it!
