Though the online instruction was a challenge, he and his staff put out a worthwhile program and keep the students learning and growing. A rare find in a small town.

Fantastic experience: Lunchtime fitness classes are my favorite! A 30 minute intense work out that keeps me awake and ready for the rest of the day. In the evenings while my boys get their work out in on the mats, I can use the work out equipment and watch. Super friendly staff, very family oriented.
