Fantastic experience: Want your millennial to get off their butt and learn a real life skill in a safe way? This is the place. My 9 year old daughter needed a boost in confidence and skills to defend herself. Bull and his wife are amazing and supportive with the little ones, making something as serious as boxing fun and engaging. My delicate little one was tossing some slick combination punches in no time, which this dad appreciates more than anything. Simply amazing people and I suggest anyone with even an inkling of curiosity to go and take a single drop-in class to learn something new and worthwhile. Don’t be scared, just punches to pads and bags unless sparring is wanted.

Fantastic experience: Started my son in the children classes a few weeks ago because of his interest in punching / wrestling around. After a bit of hesitation, the experience has been great! My son is motivated and enjoys the coaching. He enjoys learning in the fast paced environment that continues to challenge him. Coach Bull is energetic and passionate about the sport making it fun for the group.
