Fantastic experience: This studio is gorgeous, clean and offers such a welcoming vibe. Emmalee is a true master in reformer pilates as well as barre. She brings just the right intensity to each class and really gives you a bang for your buck. If you're thinking of giving pilates or barre a try to not hesitate to go to Control Fitness--you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: This studio is gorgeous!! The location and studio vibe is so encouraging. So inviting and a place of joy & fun!!! Love that I can drop off my kiddos at school and get that daily workout in. Emmalee is a phenomenal instructor!!!! Love love this place!
Fantastic experience: I was at the Grand Opening today and I can tell this place is going to be top notch. Emmalee is very professional as I have taken fitness classes with her before.
