Fantastic experience: I have been attending now (2-3x a week) for over a month and I have found Elana to be an outstanding instructor. I am an older (krumuchey...aka grummpy) dude with more of a weight lifting background, but I have found the importance of working on my complete core and flexibility important. Totally sold on Pilates and what it brings to the table.
