Fantastic experience: I'm an out of towner and this was a deal! Day rate was $5. They had everything i needed to complete my regular workout and I'd totally go back. I would recommend going already dressed in your workout clothes. This is not an LA Fitness or similar athletic club. It's a gym - a la Rocky without the ring.
