Workout Anytime Lancaster

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a membership at this gym shortly after it opened up. This year I started taking my fitness journey serious and signed up with a personal trainer in August. Ty convinced me to sign up and I just completed my last session with him yesterday. I have learned so much from Ty over the last 4 months. He is truly someone I can thank for all of the progress I have made. He is very knowledgeable on all the equipment in the gym and knows how to build a great workout plan around your weaknesses that will eventually grow into your strength. I have and will continue to recommend anyone who wants to start a fitness journey with a PT to Ty. This is your sign to become a member at WOA and sign up for PT with Ty. You won’t regret it!!

Fantastic experience: I have multiple gym membership all over the south east. I have to say by far this is one of the best gyms I have been too! From the friendliness of staff (they make an effort to speak with you) to the cleanliness and the upkeep of the equipment! I have also been to multiple workout any times and the one in Lancatser is by far the largest and most advanced that I have seen!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming since they opened the Lancaster location. It does get crowded in the evenings, so we started coming in the early morning hours. I enrolled my 12 year old son last week because he's going to be starting football in the fall. I signed him up for a success session just to get some pointers and give him a little education on the equipment. Corey was so awesome with him. Very patient, understanding and friendly. Fantastic experience: Love it here! All of the staff is amazing, the other members are all so friendly, the gym is always clean. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety tied to exercising in public, but I’ve been here since day 1 and don’t plan to leave!

Fantastic experience: In the past I’ve had memberships to 2 other gyms in Charlotte, NC, and out of the multiple locations I’ve been to of each, none compare to this gym. I seriously love everything about it. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are clean, the equipment is updated and modern, and the overall vibe of the gym is so refreshing. I’ve dealt with extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the gym but I don’t feel that here.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Everywhere, from the gym floor to the bathroom stalls & changing areas, is always clean! They have every equipment you can think of and I love the fact that everyone has to wipe down the equipment after they use it! I highly recommend workout anytime!
