Fantastic experience: I've had multiple personal trainers and a few injuries in the past. Chris knows how to push my limit but abundantly knowledgeable about rehabilitation! I'm currently training for a fitness show and I have no regrets with training with Chris. I'm also a dentist and Chris is flexible with my schedule and also listens to my needs and helps me reach my goals. He has his own gym so he has the advantage to tailoring each workout to you, every time I go to him I've seen him training everyone from runners to teens in sports, to athletes or someone just wanting to be healthy. More importantly, he effectively translates that knowledge into superior programs with tailored adaptions based on the individual. When it comes down to an optimal personal training experience, it is difficult to compete with the cost effectiveness of small-group training, especially when paired with individual attention and the support of team-mates.
