Fantastic experience: I like this gym. It's easy to get on a cardio machine be it stair stepper, elliptical, or treadmill. It's got its crowded moments but overall, good atmosphere

Fantastic experience: This is one of my favorite places in the world! Deb has set up a great family atmosphere and a great workout place. Everybody there is so nice and friendly it grows on you after a while it's the place to be. I'll always be a member it's that good.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly. I haven't been to a gym in a long time. I feel very comfortable at this gym. There are several trainers to choose from, or you can do your own thing. The trainer that is working with my son, Luis, is great so far. The zumba class made me sweat more than I have sweated in a long time. I like the family owned style of gym.

Fantastic experience: I have gone numerous to Deb's gym for Florida State Senior Games/ Powerlifting Contestant. The owner is a top notch person who knows the fitness profession on all levels.. from novice to pro. Her staff is equally professional. The gym is clean and the equipment is in excellent shape.
