Fantastic experience: Been going for 6 years and love it here!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lost over 40lbs since starting here. Great selection of equipment. Mellow low key neighborhood atmosphere type gym. Men's locker room can get a bit crowded certain times of day with bathroom selfies going on, that's my only gripe. Other gyms in the area can't compare to this one in terms of equipment, quality, and price. I've checked. It's a good choice.

Fantastic experience: This is a nice clean well equipped and chilling gym. Some young boys showing of in front of the mirrors:) but it’s probably a part of a culture. Overall very friendly stuff and not crowded

Fantastic experience: Great gym, love the owner. Unlike some other gyms I've been to, this gym has been very open with their pricing and contract terms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good gym that won't rip you off.

Fantastic experience: I ABSOLUTELY love this place and the people who work here! The owners-- Todd & Lenny-- are two of the best people I've ever known and they're very accommodating... It's a very small town comfortable and personal Business.. I begin working out in February 2022 after suffering from a stroke and thanks to LSAC I've been able to turn my health problems around in a way I can't explain!! I feel amazing and it's truly saved my life as I continue to workout there every day since!!! I've been going there just to tan since they opened doors 13+ years ago, but now my focus is my health and we'll being!(don't get me wrong, I still tan ) •••Thank you to the owners and staff for being there with me during my recovery and supporting me!! I'm blessed to be a member. Thank you️‍♂️

Positive experience: It's small but has most of the equipment you would need. Yoga, weights, tanning, etc. They've gotten some new equipment and it's awesome!!!

Positive experience: The gym is well equipped but with old to ancient machines. They all appear to at least be functional. The facilities are clean. Staff is friendly. Not crowded. As of 1/15/22 there are no classes yet. Membership is $399/yr with no joining fee. Classes included.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for several years now and i am very satisfied. I love the local small town feel compared to other bigger gyms. Its always clean and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. The bathroom/locker room can get a little cramped but it is always very clean and well kept. Childcare is very inexpensive and super convenient. I would recommend this gym to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: The trainer I who was with me throughout the time while I was at this gym did such an incredible job that I was out of my words to praise him and his efforts. He was very honest and he was very motivating and passionate throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: This gym has a neighborhood vibe to it. The staff is always kind and quick to answer any questions, or while addressing your concerns. The locker rooms and restrooms are always kept nice and clean. Even when there are alot of people here working out, the place never seem crowded. There are daily classes such as yoga and Zumba. The male locker room houses a dry sauna, and there are 3 tanning beds for all members to use. They have a wide variety of beverages, including pre-workout drink mixes available. Still not convinced enough to buy a membership? Just ask if you can come check it out for a day or two! The staff wants you to enjoy your time here, and I am sure you will!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, love the people, love their classes - it's a little on the small side, but that is just perfect for me! I come at o-dark 30 anyway, before it gets too busy. Most of the clients are there for a workout... and even those that seem to come to socialize (which is just fine too) don't bother or keep their conversations short for those of us who came to get our work-out on and get back to life. The only down-side - the bikes in spin class aren't maintenanced enough.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get a workout in without crowds of people and waiting for equipment to become open. There are no gym bunnies and grunting meat heads so you can workout with confidence. The equipment selection is good for a small gym and the employees are fantastic!
