Fantastic experience: I’m a new member. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean. There’s a good variety of equipment. The classes I’ve taken were great. I wish there were more of them at various times throughout the day. I’m happy I joined.

Fantastic experience: 24 Hour access with an entire gym of New HammerStrength equipment in January 2022. Tons of classes and expert personal Training available (I’ve been training with Josh with incredible results). Never too full, plenty of cardio stuff, easily the best small gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Never have to wait for a machine to open up and kept very clean. Enjoy the warm welcome from the staff also!

Positive experience: They recently remodeled which is very nice they added a lot of brand new equipment but some things are still the same they also added a couple new things as well cardio area looks pretty good and the same they added some things up there. I’m a little disappointed that they didn’t completely refinish the bathrooms the most they did was add a new sink and some new shower curtains. There is a lot more space now which is awesome but they did increase the prices instead of $19.99 a month he now pay $25 a month for the premium membership if the price is raise any further I won’t be attending here anymore.

Positive experience: The new remodel is very nice! The place is clean and well kept. As being newly remodeled, it stays pretty crowded. The only thing that I would recommend changing is the music volume. It often is blasting and I would say about 90% of people who are working out have headphones it. It can be really frustrating when working out and trying to listen to your own music when covers of songs are blasting so loud through the speakers and it’s hard to hear something directly in your ear. Other than that, its a great place!

Fantastic experience: Good gym, clean, and gives military discounts. Overall good set up and better the other gyms in this area based on size and type of equipment avilable.
