Lake Oswego Community Rowing Indoor Rowing Studio

Fantastic experience: Lake Oswego Community Rowing truly is a team that bonds well and supports and represents the community. It is an honor to have rowed here and has been a expirience that I love and will never forget. Here, the indoor training studio is an important asset of the team and LO Parks and Rec as it provides an area where rowers can use Ergometers (Rowing Machines) to stay healthy, to build power, or simply to develop proper rowing technique. Furthermore, the Studio is also an area to help the team store their gear and hold events in. I would reccomend for anyone, and everyone to come try out rowing as either a fitness program (RowFit) or as a competitive sport (Masters or Juniors team). With the Indoor Studio and the Boathouse, you can also change your life in a way that will never be forgotten. -From an LOCR Junior Mens rower GO LOCR!!!!
